Beautiful artificial breasts. Silicone breast: pros and cons of breast endoprostheses. How do men feel about it?

Today, many girls make silicone implants. Read expert advice on how safe they are, how they affect childbirth and breastfeeding!

For a long time, the main female weapon has always been external attractiveness. Well, perhaps the most formidable "type of weapon" is the female breast. It is she who attracts the admiring glances of men and causes the envy of women. Therefore, women whom nature has not rewarded with a magnificent bust seek to correct this misunderstanding by making silicone implants. How are such plastic surgeries done and how safe are silicone breasts?

Silicone implants - first operations

The first breast augmentation operations with silicone implants were carried out in the early 60s of the last century. Today, more than 2 million women around the world have had silicone breasts. At the moment, breast augmentation is one of the most popular and frequently performed plastic surgeries.

What are silicone breasts made of?

For breast augmentation, several types of silicone implants of various shapes and sizes are used. Usually use spherical round and in the form of a drop. The choice of form is carried out by the doctor, taking into account the size of the patient's breasts and her wishes.

Implants are made of silicone, and saline or silicone gel can be used as a filler. The best endoprostheses are made from cohesive silicone gel, which has a “memory effect” and always retains a given shape, and does not spread when cut. On palpation of the silicone breast, such a prosthesis accurately mimics the mammary gland.

There are several options for implantation of the implant, which determines the shape of the silicone breast. They are placed under the mammary gland or under the muscle (submuscularly or subpectorally). The first two ways will make silicone breasts the most natural. And the installation itself occurs through incisions in the crease under the breast, along the edge of the areola or through the armpit.

Silicone implants - terms and guarantee

All women interested in breast augmentation are concerned about the question - for how long is silicone breasts. Modern, high-quality endoprostheses do not enter into biochemical reactions with surrounding tissues. Therefore, good manufacturers provide a lifetime warranty on implants. And there is no need to do repeated operations, the silicone breast will last you a lifetime. The only danger is mechanical abrasion in the folds of the shell, but this phenomenon is very rare.

Recovery after surgery lasts 3-4 weeks, during which you need to wear special underwear and limit physical exercise.

After that, a woman who has made silicone breasts can safely go to the gym, sauna, swim in the pool, etc.

How safe are silicone implants?

The idea that breast augmentation is a dangerous procedure did not arise by chance. In the 1980s, the first evidence emerged that silicone breasts could pose a health risk.

Pregnancy and childbirth with implants

Many women agree to the operation after the birth of children, so that after plastic surgery they do not feed the baby. They worry about possible changes with their breasts after the birth of a child.

According to practicing surgeons, high-quality breast prosthetics do not interfere with childbirth. The main thing is that the incision is located under the mammary gland. The silicone used does not penetrate into milk, and therefore implants do not pose a danger to the newborn.

There is a possibility that the skin at the end of feeding will sag due to an increase in the size of the bust. To prevent this, it is recommended to wear supportive underwear. In addition, you need to moisturize your skin often. After weaning a baby from the breast, women sometimes have to do a facelift.

How much do silicone implants cost?

The cost of implants depends on the shape of the pile, filling and company. The cost of services for the installation of implants in 2019 starts from 15,000 rubles. Depending on the complexity of the operation, the cost can be increased to 28000. The patient will have to pay extra for staying in the clinic in the hospital for one day.

Changeable - at one time lush breasts were in fashion, at other periods of history, women hid their breasts in every possible way, trying to make it as flat as possible. Now individuality is in fashion, but the majority has in their minds a certain ideal, part of which is a very voluminous, beautiful breast of the correct form.

Nature did not give everyone the desired shape, therefore, silicone breasts are a very popular plastic surgery service. At the same time, there are many myths about silicone breasts that continue to multiply in social networks and even serious magazines. Let's try to figure out how things really are with breast plastic surgery, and whether it is worth doing silicone breasts ...

1. Rehabilitation after breast augmentation is long and painful

Rehabilitation after surgery is 30 days of wearing special elastic underwear. Soreness may be present during the first days after surgery, as it is a surgical trauma. As after any operation, pain occurs, which is stopped by analgesics.

2. There are noticeable scars on the breast after surgery.

To date, breast plastic surgery is the most well-established operation in plastic surgery. When installing a silicone implant, only cosmetic scars remain, which can be located in several places: along the areola line, in the folds under the breast, or in the armpit area.

The length of the scar is standard, since the size must be such that it does not deform the implant and that its filling remains intact. The size of the access is usually 4-5 cm, no matter where it is located. Within 10-12 months, it becomes almost invisible if the technology is observed. There are countless photos of silicone breasts on the Internet, where you can clearly see how difficult it is to notice traces of plastic surgery.

3. Silicone breasts lose sensation

Many have a different opinion and explain this by the fact that after the operation, the skin spreads over the implant, the number of tactile receptors increases accordingly, and therefore the sensitivity increases.

4. Don't breastfeed with implants

Can. The modern technique offers installation under the pectoralis major muscle, which is located below the mammary gland. Implants have nothing to do with its functioning at all. The implant only changes the shape and size of the breast.

5. Silicone breasts often look unnatural.

If you have chosen the correct size of implants, and the clinic has correctly installed and followed the technology, then everything will look beautiful. Moreover, with modern anatomical implants, an absolutely natural form of the mammary gland is obtained.

6. Over time, implants can sag or deteriorate.

Implants cannot deteriorate, because the shelf life of silicone is longer than the duration of a human life. As for sagging, if the implant is chosen and installed correctly, then you can not think about sagging breasts. If it is installed under the skin or under the gland and has a large size, heavy for this breast, then, of course, soft tissues can stretch and then the shape will not be so beautiful.

7. Silicone implants should be replaced after 7-10 years

There is a study that includes more than 150,000 women, they are followed for more than 10 years after breast augmentation, and over 97% of them are satisfied with their decision to increase their breasts. Silicone implants are changed in cases where a woman decided to change their size or when an injury occurred that violated the integrity of the implant.

8. Silicone breasts can burst on a plane.

Many celebrities and ordinary women with silicone breasts regularly fly planes, thereby clearly proving that it is possible to fly. Nothing happens to implants either on an airplane or underwater.

9. Chest can freeze in the cold

Some believe that silicone breasts can freeze in winter and turn into a piece of ice. Theoretically, a silicone implant can freeze in the cold and harden, but only this requires such a low temperature that it first freezes the mistress of the breast to death.

10. You can’t go to the sauna after breast augmentation.

Another myth is the fear that the heat in the sauna can heat the silicone in the breast to the point of destroying the implant! The melting point of silicone is about 200 degrees, and the temperature in the hottest sauna is no more than 100-130 degrees. At the same time, your body temperature will never be even close to these figures.

Although doctors do not recommend visiting the sauna with silicone breasts. The fact is that silicone, unlike the human body, changes temperature longer. When you leave the sauna, your body temperature will return to normal in a few minutes, and the silicone will take much longer to cool down, which can cause discomfort.

11. You can't sleep on your stomach after breast augmentation.

Immediately after the operation, it is impossible, but after a couple of months it will be possible to sleep in any comfortable position.

12. After losing weight, the implants look unnatural and the breasts sag.

The implant is placed under the muscle, so when losing weight or gaining weight, the shape remains constant. In addition, women with curvaceous forms rarely resort to breast augmentation.
Therefore, do not be afraid of breast plastic surgery, the main thing is to know why to do it. Before making a decision, think about whether you are ready for your own money to strike at your health and sew two alien objects into yourself? will not make you happier, but will only bring the forms closer to the notorious standards of beauty.

There are many examples around when girls with small breasts feel confident in this world. For example, how many mocking and insulting comments were written to her for her small breasts, but she is still pleased with herself and successful in life.

Currently, breast augmentation surgery is available, if not to everyone, then to most of those who have such a need. They are affordable both in price and on a territorial basis due to the fact that plastic surgeons who practice breast augmentation with implants are now available in almost all large and medium-sized cities of Russia.

It is necessary to make a reservation right away that the term “pumping the breast with silicone” means exactly the use of silicone-filled implants. Breast injections with a syringe are of historical value only. In European countries and the United States, the introduction of silicone-based fillers into the breast is prohibited by law due to the harmfulness of the procedure and its frequent complications.

For men and women

Everyone knows about silicone prostheses for the female breast. Breast implants for men is a relatively new area of plastic surgery. And this is not about gender reassignment surgery.

Male breast implants are often referred to as pectoral implants so as not to be confused with female ones. They are most often used by those who are actively involved in sports in order to achieve the perfect figure.

Usually these are men who have a constitutionally narrow and flat chest and physical exercises fail to gain the desired muscle volume. Often, surgery to install pectoral implants is combined with liposuction and mastopexy for gynecomastia.

How do men feel about it?

The attitude of men depends on what kind of silicone breasts a woman will make herself. There is a widespread belief that such a breast:

  • much denser than natural;
  • she has a huge size;
  • the operated breast has an unnatural shape, which often does not correspond to age, weight, etc.
In fact, none of the listed qualities is mandatory, but all of them together or in various combinations are found in women who, when choosing implants, were guided only by size.

Often these qualities are so pronounced that the question of how to distinguish a silicone breast from a natural one does not arise, everything is obvious. In addition to size, they have a fairly large number of other characteristics. If you approach the issue of choosing implants wisely, then no one will be able to distinguish artificially enlarged breasts from natural ones.

Types of implants

The density of the breast to the touch is determined by the density of the implant itself. If you choose soft, then the illusion of natural breasts will be complete. In addition, such implants will behave in a natural way: take a different shape depending on the type of bra, the presence of clothing, body position.

If you choose dense ones, then it will be pleasant to look at such a breast from a distance, but to the touch it will be clearly artificial and hard. Yes, and the shape of such a breast will keep the same in any position and any underwear.

Size and shape

The gigantomania and unnaturalness of the shape of the breast, which was chosen in accordance with the stereotyped and hypertrophied idea of beauty, without taking into account the features of the figure and appearance in general, is what can often be seen in before and after photographs.

Size does not matter if, with an initial zero breast size, a woman who is not particularly thin makes a choice between a second and an incomplete third size.

If we are talking about the fourth or fifth size of a twig girl, then we can say with confidence that unnaturalness will not only be noticeable, it will be striking.

As for the shape, some women over the age of thirty often change implants just to make the breast shape more natural for their age. The most interesting thing is that there is not a single comment on the men's forums about the presence of scars as a sign of silicone breasts.

The presence of scars and scars only for women is an indicator of unnaturalness, and even then not for everyone. And this means that if you approach the choice of the size, shape of the breast and the density of the implant wisely, then others will not have any suspicions about your new forms.

Cons and pros of silicone breasts

The pros and cons of silicone breasts are relative and are often a consequence of which implants the patient chose and how well the operation was performed.

Pros:

Photo: silicone prostheses
  • excellent mood, well-being and self-esteem from the fact that the chest looks great;
  • the possibility of becoming pregnant and breastfeeding without restrictions if the ducts of the mammary glands are not damaged during the operation;
  • a new wardrobe and a collection of new swimwear every year;
  • new relationship with an old or new partner.

Minuses:

  • the cost of the operation, implants, compression underwear, recovery period;
  • the operation is performed under general anesthesia;
  • the need to spend part of the planned or unpaid leave on the operation and the postoperative period, since they do not give sick leave for plastic surgery;
  • the recovery period requires compliance with a large number of restrictions;
  • after childbirth, the shape of the operated breast may change for the worse;
  • possible adverse effects of the operation, such as implant displacement, rupture, contouring of the implant under the skin, back pain and much more;
  • the inability to breastfeed if the operation through the incision around the nipple causes damage to the milk ducts.

FAQ

Which ones to choose?

If earlier implants were chosen solely on the principle of “the larger”, now a huge size is not in fashion. Ideal forms are in fashion as an indicator of youth and health. Therefore, preference should be given to safe, proven products of those manufacturing companies that have proven themselves well.

The shape and size must be chosen based on the shape and size of the bust you want to get. To prevent such complications as capsular contracture, implants with a rough surface have been developed.

What can you save on breast augmentation?

You cannot save on the cost of implants, since the replacement of low-quality prostheses is a full-fledged operation that is performed under anesthesia and costs money. There are young ladies who find some offices in Europe that sell them cheaply. If you want to repeat their experience, please note that this is only under your responsibility.

You will not save on compression underwear, since the effectiveness of healing in the recovery period depends on it. You can’t save on pain relief for the operation either, since you can choose the budget option of anesthesia, but this is a long exit from anesthesia after the operation, feeling unwell, nausea and vomiting.

Those who were given anesthesia with good drugs feel much better. After such anesthesia, by the evening you can already have a full dinner, and you feel much better.

During the recovery period, medications such as painkillers and antibiotics, silicone patches, and scar removal creams will also be periodically needed.

The only thing you can not pay for is the pathos of the clinic. But only in those cases if you can find an excellent surgeon on the recommendations, whose services will cost reasonable money.

Is it possible to breastfeed a child like this?

It all depends on the method of performing the operation and the location of the incisions. In order to be able to breastfeed a baby, two conditions must be met:

  • the incision should not pass in the areola area, since it is in this place that the milk ducts are closest to the skin and there is a risk of damage;
  • the implant must be placed under the muscle, or partially under the muscle, but not under the glandular tissue of the breast, as this may damage the glandular tissue of the gland.

How can surgery affect pregnancy?

The operation can only become a problem if it occurred in the first days or weeks after conception. Anesthesia drugs, painkillers and antibiotics can be toxic to the fetus and cause birth defects. Therefore, such a pregnancy is recommended to be terminated. In other cases, no plastic surgery is a contraindication for conceiving and bearing a child.

Will the scars be very noticeable?

If there is no tendency to form hypertrophic or keloid scars, then there is no risk of developing rough scars. In order to make everything look completely perfect, you can make an incision in the armpit or perform endoscopic surgery.

Do implants need to be changed?

3rd generation implants, which are currently used for breast augmentation, do not require scheduled replacement. A second operation will be needed if mastoptosis develops, such cosmetic defects as skin ripples appear.

Price

Prices often depend on the experience and reputation of the plastic surgeon, so any attempt to save money can lead to unplanned costs for correcting the resulting cosmetic defects that may appear after unsuccessful breast augmentation surgery.

Plastic surgery is surrounded by a lot of rumors and conjectures, most of which do not correspond to reality. We asked plastic surgeon Leonela Lakatos to debunk the most common myths and misconceptions about breast surgery and tell you what you need to be prepared for and what you should not be afraid of.

Myth 1 "Artificial breasts can burst on an airplane or with great physical exertion"

Decades ago, there really were implants that, if damaged, could be harmful to health. But to date, bursting artificial breasts are a myth. Modern silicone implants that we use are made in such a way that if, for example, as a result of an injury, a gap of one and a half to two centimeters long occurs, this will not even be an indication for implant replacement. The maximum that the doctor will recommend is taking antibiotics, compression underwear for several days, and observing the implant for ultrasound about once a year. Outwardly, this gap will not be noticeable in any way. Inside the implant there is a very dense gel that cannot leak anywhere, in a good way, the implant can be cut with scissors - and nothing will happen to it.

Myth 2 “You can’t breastfeed after plastic surgery”

You cannot breastfeed if the mammary gland has been completely removed and replaced with an implant. However, such cases are rare. Modern breast plastic surgery, even if the implant was installed through the areola of the nipple, with the correct size calculation and proper installation, retains the possibility of breastfeeding.

Myth 3 "Over time, artificial breasts will sink and sag"

It all depends on the method of fixation. If you fix the implant under the mammary gland, over time it can really sink - ptosis will occur with age. If the implant is fixed under the muscle, then no changes can happen to it. If the implant is fixed under the muscle, the patient may get fat, lose weight - the skin and mammary gland may change slightly, but the implant will remain the same. A good prevention of sagging (both for artificial breasts and for natural ones) is sports, muscle strengthening.

Myth 4 “You can’t play sports with artificial breasts”

Sports with artificial breasts can and should be done. Moreover, if you have never done this before and decided to increase your breasts, you need to start playing sports in advance - before installing the implant - and continue after. You need to strengthen your muscles. Large breasts are always a big load on the back, neck, lower back, and spine. Breast augmentation is an increase in load. It is necessary to form and strengthen the muscular corset. Breast augmentation without training and muscle adaptation is fraught not only with a banal stoop, but even with intervertebral hernias. If you had your first or second size, and then became the fourth, and at the same time you never played sports, but refuse compression underwear, then in a few months you will return to the doctor with complaints of pain in the lower back and back. The problem is that when you have small breasts, you do not think about this load, and in the clinic, during a consultation, simply no one warns you about the consequences. As they do not say that after the operation the breast really hurts.

Myth 5 “Breast surgery is absolutely painless”

The operation takes place under anesthesia, and her patient really does not feel at all, but then - on the first, second, third day - her chest hurts on the rise. And on the third day it hurts even more than the first. Moreover, not only the chest itself and the incision site, but also the chest, in the first few days, breathing difficulties may even be observed.

Myth 6 "Artificial breasts lose sensitivity"

With proper installation, even if it occurs through the areola of the nipple, the sensitivity will not disappear. There may be no sensitivity - and that's okay! - about two or even three weeks after the operation, then the sensitivity is restored.

Myth 7 “Breast implants need to be replaced”

Some of the implants that were used in the past really needed to be replaced. However, modern implants are installed once and for life. Nevertheless, they need to be monitored: regularly visit a mammologist, do an ultrasound scan.

Myth 8 “With artificial breasts, you can’t sunbathe, go to the bath, take hot baths”

With artificial breasts, you can sunbathe in the sun and go to the solarium; you can steam in the bath and sauna; you can take a hot bath and hot shower; You can and should play sports. All this is impossible only in the first month after the installation of implants - during the rehabilitation period. At the same time, strong physical activity should be excluded. Further - after the completion of the rehabilitation period - everything is possible. You can and should live life to the fullest.

Myth 9 "With artificial breasts, the feeling of a foreign object does not leave"

After the completion of the rehabilitation period, breast implants are not felt at all. As soon as the feeling of unusualness disappears (and it will definitely be if you had the first size, and then it became the fourth), you will completely forget that you have artificial breasts. This will happen in about a month or two.

Myth 10 "Computer simulation of artificial breasts is 100% accurate"

To be honest, everything that is offered for computer modeling of breast plastic surgery is money and time spent. After the operation, you will look completely different from the picture. The only really useful and truthful computer modeling in plastic surgery is the modeling of the shape of the nose in rhinoplasty.

Looking at the brochures of plastic surgery clinics, you want to immediately improve your appearance and, above all, your chest. It seems that this will solve most of the problems in his personal life, help in his career. But still, before deciding on an operation, it is worth weighing the pros and cons of breast augmentation. After all, not everyone who has changed this part of the body is satisfied.

Why do many women strive to make their breasts bigger, despite the fact that this is associated with surgery, pain, and considerable material costs? Yes, because for some of them mammoplasty is not a whim and a desire to look like a “star”, but a necessity. Since it became possible to increase the size of the mammary glands, the advantages of such a solution have become clear:

  • Chance to correct physical defects. This is not only about small, barely noticeable breasts, which many women consider as a defect. Sometimes the disease dictates the need to remove the mammary gland in order to save a life. But then the woman looks at herself in the mirror with pain, remembering her former beautiful forms. Mammoplasty gives a chance to restore the lost beauty. The same result is possible when the breast has lost its shape after feeding or getting rid of excess weight. Indeed, in both cases, no other methods would help to restore volume to this part of the body, only an increase with the help of an operation.
  • The opportunity not to suffer with the choice of clothing. If the chest is high, corresponds to the rest of the proportions of the body, you don’t have to think about how to align them with the right neckline, dense fabric, drapery, good style. There is no need to mask a physical defect, you can just put on what you want. Any clothes "sit" well, including the most open swimsuit.
  • Alignment of the psychological state. Dissatisfaction with the appearance experienced with small breasts often leads to the fact that a woman's character deteriorates. She is fixated on her lack, ceases to perceive the world around her adequately. It's so easy to get depressed, earn a bunch of somatic diseases. Breast augmentation is a lifesaver. When you like the reflection in the mirror, it is easier to come to terms with the imperfection of the world around you, to feel happy in it.
  • Career advancement. When breast augmentation is evaluated, pros and cons, this aspect is rarely taken into account. Meanwhile, there are statistics: outwardly attractive people are more successful in their careers than those who can only boast of spiritual beauty. And the point is not that success in business is obtained with large breasts, but in the self-confidence that it gives.
  • Good luck in your personal life. Of course, enlarged breasts are not a guarantee of a happy marriage. But men like noticeable forms more (this is also a statistic). Big breasts are perceived by them at the subconscious level as a sign of good fertility.
  • More attention to health. A woman who has undergone breast augmentation surgery will have to visit a mammologist twice a year. That is, she has a higher chance of catching any disease of the mammary glands at an early stage. Namely, these pathologies are becoming the most common causes of death for young women. After all, most ignore preventive examinations until the problem goes far. Having brought their breasts to the ideal, girls, as a rule, follow other nuances of appearance more carefully, that is, they control nutrition, go in for sports. They do not want excess weight and flabby muscles to spoil the beauty.

Negative points

Despite a lot of advantages, breast plastic surgery also has disadvantages. And if a woman is not ready to put up with the problems that a bust increase can bring to her life, she should probably leave everything as it is. What can complicate the existence of an aesthetic operation? Many years of experience have revealed the following negative points:

  • Mammoplasty is a rather painful operation performed under general anesthesia. The discomfort lasts long enough, and after anesthesia, some people recover for months. Pain is not always completely relieved with medication. And if you take them for a long time, stomach problems may arise, other organs may suffer.
  • After the operation, a long one is needed. Its first stage lasts at least a month, in which there are many restrictions. You can not sleep on your stomach, play sports, smoke, drink alcohol, lie on the beach, go to the sauna. And then there are bans for about six months or more. Not everyone is able to withstand the absence of the usual joys in life for such a long time without harm to the nervous system.
  • Mammoplasty may be accompanied. Some of them, like capsular contracture, suppuration, internal hematomas, require repeated intervention with the removal of implants, long-term treatment. Others lead to new appearance defects, for example, the formation of convex, ugly scars, skin roughness. And still others, such as damage to the implant, create a danger to life if you do not get help in time.
  • The new breast may not please its owner. If the operation is done, the implants stand out, which makes the bust look unnatural. And with its good quality, many girls complain: in the prone position, the chest looks like “corrected”. Someone discovers that her new size does not quite correspond to other body proportions. Others literally physically feel a foreign object inside, even when the pain passes, and this does not give rest.
  • May be difficult to diagnose in the area of the mammary glands and chest. For mammography, for example, you need high-resolution equipment so that the doctor can see all the tissues. For those living in a provincial town, this can bring additional worries.
  • Some develop new psychological problems. Women are afraid of damaging their breasts, they are constantly fixated on it. This deprives them of the opportunity to live a full life: go in for sports, go to the bathhouse, etc. Sometimes the phobia is of a different nature - the fear of getting a breast disease due to an implant. Some are hard to get used to, and sometimes cannot adapt to the idea that they carry a foreign body.
  • For some, the disadvantages of mammoplasty are reflected in their personal lives. For example, in 4% of cases, the sensitivity of the breast decreases, which negatively affects sexual relations. With some placement methods, the implant is felt when touching the skin. And not all men like it.
  • The chest may drop down. Earth gravity also acts on implants. Endoprostheses are especially actively moved if their size is large. Those who underwent mammoplasty before the birth of a child are almost always waiting for a second operation. As well as women who have lost weight after breast augmentation.
  • The presence of implants can cause unpredictable consequences. Some of them appear from the very beginning, when the body rejects the endoprostheses. This is due to an individual reaction that cannot be predicted in advance. It has also been proven that a certain type of breast cancer occurs more often in women who have breast augmentation with silicone. Another consequence is the asymmetry that occurs during the engraftment of the endoprosthesis, which can be detected a year after installation.

Is everything possible with implants?

Breast augmentation can contain cons in the lifestyle that dictates the presence of implants. The doubts that concern most women are associated with several of its aspects:

  • Air travel. We know that pressure is higher at altitude. Many are afraid of the likelihood of implant rupture, which increases from this. “Cherry on the cake” was added by the story of a lady who had a similar thing happen in the air. But her implants were huge. The ban on flying exists only in the first month after the operation. Later, it does not threaten any dangers for the endoprosthesis.
  • . This and the quality of the operation. If it is placed under the muscle, the woman will be able to feed the child. But if the milk ducts are damaged, this opportunity is lost. Therefore, the doctor will explain to the patient in advance how the implant will be installed, what exactly this method will bring consequences.
  • Diving. Excursions in the underwater kingdom are also allowed at the end of the rehabilitation period. And although some are afraid of rupture of implants at depth and in the process of lifting, such cases have not been recorded.
  • Staying in the heat (beach, sauna) and cold. The fears associated with these pleasures relate to the possible deformation and damage of the implants. With a sauna, doctors really ask patients to be careful because of the possible physical discomfort caused by the temperature difference (silicone cools down more slowly than human tissue). The rupture of implants in the sauna was not recorded in anyone. As well as in the cold.
  • . Some argue that the examination provokes deformation and rupture of the endoprosthesis. And the examination itself allegedly ceases to be informative, since the silicone capsule obscures everything else. This has no real basis. It is possible and necessary to be examined, diagnostics will be absolutely safe and accurate if the equipment is of high quality and resolution.

In each case, it is up to the owner of the breast to decide whether to do mammoplasty or abstain. Perhaps, for some, the benefits of increasing it will outweigh all the disadvantages. But if expectations are not met, there is always a chance to correct the result of a wrong decision.
