  2. It is convenient to drink the decoction instead of tea. Add a teaspoon of crushed leaves to a glass of boiling water and cover with a lid. Brewing time – 5-7 minutes. Use with honey or lemon 1 to 3 times a day.
  3. Dissolve 15-20 drops of the alcohol tincture of the plant in a glass of boiled and cooled water. Take 3 times daily for 3 months. Then take a two-month break, after which you can resume treatment.
  4. A similar course can be completed using 3-4 drops of essential oil instead of alcohol tincture.
  5. Take 30 g of medicinal sage, 10 g of horsetail and dry valerian root. Stir in the chopped herbs. Pour a tablespoon of the resulting mixture into 1 cup of boiling water and leave for 30 minutes. Drink half a glass 2 times a day. The course of treatment is 2 weeks. You can take it again after a break of 14 days. When using this mixture, irritability decreases and the overall tone of the body increases.

For cystitis

  1. Pour 10 g of dry herb leaves into 200 ml of boiling water, leave for half an hour in a water bath. Then cool at room temperature, strain and, if necessary, add boiled water to obtain the original volume. Take 50 ml 3 times a day half an hour before meals.
  2. Take 1.5 tablespoons of sage leaves, wormwood, and juniper fruits. Pour the resulting mixture with a liter of boiling water. After the broth has infused, strain. You should take 150-200 ml 3 times a day.
  3. Mix 50 g of sage herb, sandy immortelle, knotweed and kidney tea. Pour 2 tablespoons of the mixture into 0.5 liters of boiling water, boil for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and leave for another half hour. Drink 1/3 glass after meals 3 times a day.
  4. Baths using sage are also useful. Prepare a herbal infusion from the plant in any proportion, and then add it to warm water. The duration of the therapeutic bath is 15-20 minutes.

For pyelonephritis

  1. Take 1 part each of bergenia root, lingonberry leaf, bearberry, half a burnt tree, juniper fruits, 2 parts each of sage leaves, dill fruits, dandelion root, 3 parts each of dried birch and raspberry leaves. Pour 2 tablespoons of the collection into 0.8 liters of boiling water, leave for 10 minutes in a water bath, wrap the container with a towel and leave overnight. Then filter and squeeze the cake. Drink the resulting volume of infusion during the day, and prepare a new portion in the evening. The course of treatment is 1.5 months.
  2. Measure out 1 teaspoon of sage, 2 teaspoons each of chamomile and bearberry, 3 teaspoons of horsetail, mix everything. Pour 4 teaspoons of the mixture into two glasses of boiling water, leave for 30 minutes. Strain and squeeze out the cake, drink the infusion warm, 100 ml 3 times a day before meals for a month. After a two-week break, repeat the course.
  3. Mix tansy, shepherd's purse, St. John's wort, knotweed, chicory root, sage, walnut, plantain leaves, gorse grass, honey locust fruits, willow bark, elecampane and calamus roots in equal parts. Pour 100 g of the resulting mixture into 1 liter of water and leave for 5 days. Then boil for half an hour, cool and strain. Combine with medical alcohol (96%) in a decoction to alcohol ratio of 10:1. Take the tincture 3 times a day, 10 drops, dissolved in water, so as not to burn the oral mucosa.

For thrush (in the form of douching)


Sage decoction is useful for douching for thrush
  1. Pour 2 tablespoons of dry leaf into 500 ml of boiling water, let it brew, filter. Carry out the procedure with the prepared decoction once a day before bedtime.
  2. Brew a tablespoon of sage and chamomile in 500 ml of boiling water, leave, filter and squeeze out the cake. Use for douching 2 times a day.
  3. Take a tablespoon each of sage, yarrow, rosemary and 2 tablespoons of oak bark. Stir, pour 3 liters of water at room temperature. Leave to infuse overnight and boil for 30 minutes in the morning. Cool and strain, apply twice a day: morning and evening.
  4. Mix 50 g of sage and knotweed, 30 g of stinging nettle, 10 g of oak bark and chamomile, pour 2 tablespoons of this mixture into 1 liter of boiling water, and put on fire for 5 minutes. Carry out the procedure with a cooled and strained decoction once a day at night.
  5. Mix a tablespoon of dry sage leaves with the same amount of dried herb, add 0.5 liters of boiling water, leave for 15 minutes. Use once a day (before bedtime).

  1. Pour boiling water over 2 tablespoons of the herb and place in a water bath for 30 minutes. Cool the broth to 40 degrees, strain through cheesecloth, add a little lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of honey. Soak a napkin in the resulting broth, apply to previously cleansed facial skin and hold for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Add 3-4 tablespoons of boiling water to a tablespoon of crushed leaves. When the resulting gruel has cooled, add a tablespoon of kefir and oatmeal. Heat in a water bath until thickened, remembering to stir. Cool to room temperature, apply to face and neck for 20 minutes. Rinse off with warm water.

  1. Pour a tablespoon of chopped sage leaves into 100 ml of milk and boil for 1 minute. Leave at room temperature, wrapped in a towel for 20–25 minutes. Mix the resulting mixture with cottage cheese and apple juice, taken 1 tablespoon each. Apply the mixture to your face and neck, cover with gauze. Leave for 25-30 minutes, rinse with warm water. This mask will restore freshness to the skin, make it elastic and help maintain youth.
  2. Brew a tablespoon of crushed leaves and flowers of the herb with 1 cup of boiling water, leave for about 20 minutes. Then strain, heat, but do not boil, and pour 2 tablespoons of oatmeal with this infusion. When the flakes swell, add 2 tablespoons of cabbage juice and apply the mask to your face. After 20–25 minutes, rinse it off with warm water.

  2. Decoction for strengthening hair. Pour 2 tablespoons of dry herbs into 300 ml of hot water. Leave for 30 minutes, strain, squeeze out. Rinse your hair with the broth after washing, wrap your head in a damp towel and leave for 30 minutes.
  3. Wraps to strengthen hair. Pour 2 tablespoons of dry herb into 2 cups of boiling water and let steep for about 20 minutes. Contraindications and possible negative effects
