Self-improvement. How to improve yourself according to the Japanese method. How do I know what I want to change

This article contains some useful practical exercises that, by the way, are selling for a thousand dollars in some places. I'll save you money by describing these instructions simply and without water. Believe me, they will not become less effective from this, and you can rest assured of the enormous power of these exercises. Tested on many people. So, if you are wondering where to start self-development not only out of curiosity, but want to really improve your life, take a notebook and a pen to do the exercises before reading the article.

What is self-development

Before we know where to start self-development and self-improvement, let's think, what is self-development?

Self-development is a very broad concept and each person puts his own meaning in it, depending on his system of values. Someone understands by self-development the development of their business and an increase in monetary income, someone is losing weight, for other people, self-development is relationships with people, the ability to love and be happy, communication skills. We can say that a person is engaged in self-development if every new day he becomes a little better than he was yesterday. And what kind of person to be - everyone decides for himself.

Whatever goals you pursue, all paths of self-development have one general principle. Self-development should be started from this single principle. I will tell you about this unified principle at the end of the article. And now, let's talk about everything in order.

Step 1. Where to start self-development - the current state of affairs

Self-development must begin with a sober assessment of the current state of affairs. It can be very frustrating at times to admit that there is a specific problem, but this is a necessary first step. The situation in which you are now is the result of your past efforts or lack of them.

Let's call this situation "point A".

Practical exercise.

This exercise should be done in writing on paper or in a word processor on a computer. But it's better on paper. Describe your problem, fleshing out the details as precisely as possible. For example, if your problem is low income, then write this: my income is ... rubles (insert the exact number of your income). Or you are overweight and you think it is a problem, write down: my weight is… kg (insert the exact number of your weight). If the problem cannot be quantified, describe it in words. For example, when I try to speak English, I confuse tenses.

When you have decided on the problem, you need to understand: what do you want to change in the current situation, that is, set a goal. Goals also need to be clear and specific. There is a good exercise for that.

Step 2. Set a goal for self-development

Exercise for clear goal setting:

Take a piece of paper and a pen. We will now describe the ideal experience of achieving a goal. Imagine the day you reached your goal and describe in detail one specific moment of that day. It's like writing a script for a movie.

  • Write what number it is. Set realistic deadlines for your goals, do not think that in one day you will lose 50 kg or increase your income 100 times in a month.
  • What time is it? (not now when you are doing this exercise, but at that ideal moment in the future).
  • Where are you in this perfect experience?
  • What other people are in this ideal experience?
  • What are you doing at this moment? What do you feel?

Describe this experience in detail.

Be careful, this exercise is called the "goal achievement experience" for a reason. It is the experience that needs to be described, not just an abstract goal.

For example, "I make a lot of money" is an abstract goal. But “I look at the mobile application of my bank and see on my account $ 100,000, which I received for the sale of a successful project, my dog Busya is sitting next to me, and my wife Katya is packing our things into a suitcase, because in three hours we have a plane to the Bahamas, where we rented a house of 120 square meters on the seashore for a month ... "and so on. it is a concrete experience of experience. To understand that you are doing the exercise correctly, remember that you are writing a script for the director to use for the scene.

We will call this experience of achieving the goal "point B".

Step 3. Draw up a plan for self-development

So, we know where we are and where we want to go. We have also determined the exact timeframe by which we will come from point A to point B. Now we need to do another practice exercise. We'll need paper and a pen again. This time we will write the ideal scenario for achieving the goal.

Imagine that you have already achieved your goal in self-development and are at point B, in that ideal experience that you described in the previous step. Now, in your imagination, look from this ideal future, when the goal has already been achieved, into the past and answer the question: how did I achieve this goal? The fact is that if you have a clear goal, your subconscious already knows the easiest way to achieve it. You imagine that experience when the goal has already been achieved, but being in imagination in that experience, you understand that all this did not arise out of nowhere. Some events must have preceded this experience. And you just "remember" what happened before. Write down on paper the chain of events that led you from point A to point B, starting with later events and moving back in time to earlier.

Now you have a step-by-step plan of self-development in the chosen direction with intermediate goals.

I will soon write a separate article about this amazingly effective system of 100% achievement of goals, stay tuned.

Choosing a priority direction of self-development

Now let's talk about how to determine in which area of life to start self-development, if it seems that there are too many problems: there is not enough money, and you need to improve your physical shape, and learn English. There are so many things to do that you do not know what to take on.

Bad news: you can't get everything right away. And it is better to set a goal in one direction and gradually move towards it, giving it priority.

The good news: by regularly doing self-development in one area of your life, you will imperceptibly begin to pull up all the others.

Each person chooses the priority direction for development himself. For some, this is a career, for others, personal life, etc.

Psychologists identify eight main areas of life that are most important for most people. It is convenient to depict them in the form of a circle divided into sectors. Each sector is dedicated to one main living area.

Right now, you can rate each area of life on a scale from 0 to 10 and connect all the ratings with each other with lines. As a result, you will see a clear example of how balanced your life is. Here's one example:

A common example of a person who spares no effort to invest in making money, forgetting about health, friends, spiritual growth, communication with family.

In fact, thanks to a huge amount of psychological research, we can confidently say that a person feels happy when there is contentment in all areas of life. It makes no sense to invest all your efforts in one area, forgetting about others. Yes, you can achieve good success in this area, but why, if you feel unhappy at the same time? Unfortunately, this is most often realized too late, when precious time has irrevocably gone.

Therefore, it is better to start self-development from the area that you gave the lowest mark.

20 things you can do in your daily life for your self-development

  1. Read about what you want to improve in your life. Do you want to develop a specific skill? Read about it every day.
  2. Find a mentor. A mentor can be anyone who can do what you want to do. In turn, remember to help those with less experience than you. Mentoring is by far the fastest path to development.
  3. Keep a journal at the end of the day. If you are really serious about self-development, you need to constantly know what you can improve in yourself. And the only way to know this is to think and ask yourself every day - what and how you can change in yourself in order to become better.
  4. Create strong habits. These are your habits that reveal your strengths, not the other way around. You cannot live one life and expect to have another. Today's habits create your future life.
  5. Find like-minded people. In fact, it is difficult to develop alone. Spend time with people who share your values and support each other. Try to avoid socializing with those who demotivate you.
  6. Create a system of rewards and punishments. This is necessary for those who are struggling with their laziness and bad habits.
  7. Be honest with yourself. No amount of idle talk will lead to change. This is the hardest part. It is much easier to buy a book on self-development or read an article and say to yourself: "I am working on myself." But is something really changing? Be your own judge. But never judge yourself by comparing to other people. You should only compare yourself with yourself in the past, and objectively judge the changes.
  8. Find an example for yourself. You shouldn't compare yourself with others, but looking for inspiration for self-development in other people is sometimes very useful.
  9. Measure your progress. One of my teachers used to say: If you cannot measure the result of an action, do not do it. No matter how ephemeral the things you do, you must find a way to measure your progress. This is the only way to know if you are going in the right direction and if you need to turn off.
  10. Regularity is the key. Self-development doesn't happen overnight. It happens slowly and gradually. Consistent and regular effort is what creates truly meaningful change. And that's what makes self-development so difficult. There is no magic pill that you swallow - and everything is fixed. Self-development is a daily routine and lifestyle.
  11. The best time to plant a tree was 10 years ago. The next best time is now. No matter how distant the goal may seem, start acting now using the resources that you have.
  12. Take small steps. Imagine that a long staircase leads to a big goal, and think only about how to climb the next step. It will be a small victory that will inspire you. And then there will be another step in front of you, and another, until you reach your original goal.
  13. Learn from other people. Whatever skill you develop in yourself, there are people who have passed this path and willingly share their experience. Your own experience is a harsh teacher, so it's best to learn from the mistakes of others. Find a good mentor and read more books.
  14. The world is changing all the time. And you change too. Even if you don't do anything, you have to change every time the world turns upside down again. This cannot be avoided. Success is achieved by the one who adapts to change the fastest.
  15. Take responsibility. You are responsible for your own development. You are responsible for where you are now and what you are doing right now. Don't blame anyone, and don't blame yourself. Be mindful. Mindfulness is responsibility without guilt.
  16. Be grateful. The nature of our mind is always to focus on trouble. We quickly get used to good things and immediately begin to wish for the best. Thanks to this, we grow. But still, do not forget about all the good things that we already have. And every day to feel gratitude for it.
  17. Use the power of intention. If you are 100 percent sure that you want to achieve something, then very soon it will become your reality. All the reality around you is the result of your conscious and subconscious intentions. The ability to feel your subconscious intentions and "erase" them if they lead you not where you want to consciously is an important component of success in self-development.
  18. Set realistic goals. Goals that are too easy will prevent you from feeling powerful and enjoying the joy of success, while goals that are too difficult can rob you of your confidence. In setting goals, it is important to find a middle ground. Then, when you reach the goal of medium difficulty and are convinced of your strength, move on to those goals that previously seemed impossible to you.
  19. Listen to your heart. It is impossible to develop for a long time in an area that you do not like. Choose a path that is heartfelt and in line with your values. Become a Master along the way so that the people around you cannot tell if you are working or playing, because you are doing both.
  20. Keep going and never give up. The only way to fail at a goal is to quit achieving it. If you have done some action, and it did not lead you to the goal, just do something else. Look for new approaches over and over again and one day you will find the key to your dream.

Conclusion

And as usual, after a general review of the topic, I will write my personal opinion. Agree with him or not, decide for yourself. I believe that self-development should start with developing the skill of managing your mind and your attention. To us, in my opinion, this is the basis for the success of any other self-development activity. After all, it is the lack of self-control skills that most often becomes the reason that a person cannot regularly engage in self-development.

How many times have you started losing weight, doing fitness or learning English and quitting. There are too many distractions in the modern world: TV shows, social networks, television, the Internet, a huge flow of information and information noise. Thousands of signals around are struggling to grab our attention and pinch off a piece of energy.

And the most unpleasant thing is that most of this information is simply useless, and often harmful. If you hear good information, then they want to force you to buy something. If you hear any news about events in the world, then they most likely want to intimidate you. And every little bit of information tries to evoke some emotion in you.

To achieve your goals in self-improvement, you just need to learn how to channel your energy in the right direction, and give a tough rebuff to anything that tries to divert attention without your permission.

And from all this, I want to conclude that you need to start self-development and self-improvement with meditation. Meditation is training to control your mind. Meditation is a platform that ensures the effectiveness of self-development, whether it is learning foreign languages, public speaking or physical development. We can say that the mind is a tool that we use to change ourselves. You should not be like that fool from the parable who for the third hour saws a log with a dull saw because he does not have time to sharpen the saw. Prepare a good tool first, and then it will go a lot faster with it.

The development of the mind, the ability to control oneself, one's attention with the help of meditation - this is where you need to start self-development.

The desire to change something in your life makes you pay attention to yourself, your inner world, to get rid of the unnecessary, to attract the useful. The beginning of self-development is the start to improving your life, filling it with meaning.

Psychology of self-development and self-improvement

There are many dissatisfied with their lives, and this is not so bad, because it is these people who often come to the decision to change it. When an excessive amount of discontent accumulates, according to the laws of philosophy, this is the time for changes, a transition to another quality.

Intransigence to the status quo can be an incentive to work on yourself. If there is an interest in something new, desire and will to act is the first step, psychologists call it the foundation.

Where to start self-development and self-improvement

A person has certain knowledge, experience, abilities, talents - all this should not be discounted when planning to change his life. Most often, dissatisfaction with life occurs, a person does not know how to engage in self-development when he does not use what is given to him by nature.

The conclusion suggests itself: in order to change the quality of life, three components are needed:

  • Interest, motivation
  • Desire and will
  • Abilities and practical skills

It is important to know that with a sufficient level of these factors, a person will be able to get rid of what prevents him from living fully.

The self-development program is based on self-study, it is necessary to fully realize that this will help to achieve the set goal.

If you are very carried away by any project, you are overwhelmed by an increased interest and desire to comprehend as much as possible in order to realize your plan. The same happens in relation to one's own destiny. A person has a thirst for life, he cannot simply continue to exist.

The philosophical principle of self-development and 5 steps to self-improvement

It is very important to find reliable and adequate information among the huge flow of information. If the desire to develop is dictated by serious intentions to improve life, it is worth turning to classical philosophy.

The unshakable principle of dialectics says: development is the result obtained in the struggle of opposites. Philosophical science considers that they are the object of contradictions.

Development is the natural state of a person, he grows, acquires knowledge, at first elementary, with age masters a profession, the gifted are engaged in creative development. This is how his age-related periodization of personality development is realized. A certain natural program of personality development is formed. Certain periods of personality development correspond to different age segments of a person's life. The planned formation of the individual implies the stages of personality development. In turn, the stages of personality development can differ depending on whether personality development occurs at an early age, or the strongest motivation for personality development has followed in adulthood. However, it is generally accepted that the foundations of the personality development process are universal and step-by-step instructions are quite acceptable for different circumstances.

Instincts are an important element, a person seeks to satisfy his needs. Their character depends on the level of upbringing, inclinations and abilities.

Many needs are not realized, this is the reason for making mistakes that entail a string of problems.

Step 1: search for potential for self-development

Where to start self-development - with the disclosure of their own potential. If this does not happen, development is doomed. A person succumbs to the smooth flow of life, acts in the direction of least resistance, in the end he has to be content with little. He resigns himself to the fact that he has achieved practically nothing and does not know how to engage in self-development further, and for what. At the same time, he sees that someone nearby has achieved more, and does not understand why he did not succeed.

Without discovering the potential, a person leaves the problems, instead of finding the strength to solve them. There are thousands of examples when a child shows great promise, is gifted with high intelligence. But in reality, he does not do well at school, mixes with the gray mass and becomes an ordinary person. This is due to the following factors:

  • Upbringing costs: spoiledness, indulgence, laziness, bad habits.
  • Mistakes of teachers who failed to consider the potential in the child.
  • Character traits: lack of will, lack of self-discipline, frivolity.
  • Low self-esteem.
  • Fear of difficulties.
  • Unrecognized talent.

It is said very accurately in a well-known expression: what you fear is your highest potential.

According to statistics, there are about 420 million talented people in the world, but this is far from an accurate figure, because those who “buried their talent in the ground” were not included here.

The reluctance to be persistent in achieving the goal, to overcome fears, the inability to use the available resource leads to the impossibility of developing as a person.

Step 2: rejection of stereotypes as a condition for self-improvement

Self-improvement is not a comfortable pastime. This is within the power of courageous and freedom-loving individuals. It is impossible to develop without risk, without spending energy, giving up the usual way of life. The beginning of self-development is a transition to a completely different state, comprehension of a new, unknown. If a person experiences fear of the unknown, if he likes the usual "comfort zone", when he is not able to develop a real one, it is unlikely that his life will change for the better.

Established habits and stereotypes are a scourge that stands in the way of self-improvement. If a person gravitates towards an easy life, is not ready for trials, is exposed to a pathological perverted concept of apparent stability, he is doomed to personality degradation.

The weakling is not capable of an adequate perception of reality, he is satisfied with the habitual vegetation at the level of a primitive man in the street. When he tries to make weak attempts to change something, if he gets bored with the monotonous existence, he will surely fall on the hook of charlatan teachers. Such people easily succumb to the influence of questionable teachings, second-rate art, low-standard literature.

If a person is completely subject to stereotypes, driven by a desire to satisfy instinctive needs, he becomes a victim of deception, taking false teachings for serious science. False trainers do not demand responsibility from such a student, and they themselves neglect it.

If you choose not the best methods for self-development, the result is obvious - a temporary state of enlightenment, which quickly disappears and everything returns to normal. Conclusion: nothing changes in life, which means that there is no question of any development.

Step 3: take responsibility for yourself

A conscientious person will never allow himself to be controlled by someone like a pseudo teacher. He is able to recognize where lies lie. A sense of responsibility is a prerequisite for achieving the goal of improvement. There are effective forms of work on your own "I":

  • Commitment, exercise, rejection of bad habits.
  • Correct identification of the causes of problems.
  • Contacting a psychologist if the problem is at an impasse.
  • Use of quality literature.
  • Introspection of your own actions and thoughts.
  • Striving to be competent, high in a specific field.
  • Application of knowledge in practice.

Step 4: work on yourself - unlearn lying

Most of the problems that prevent us from improving our quality of life are self-deception. Sometimes we don't even notice that it's time for ourselves. This happens when a person breaks down under the weight of life's difficulties and takes wishful thinking. Psychologists offer two options for weaning yourself from lying to yourself.

The first is the “mirror” method, for this it is necessary that there is a person nearby who will help open your eyes to the true truth. He must have an appropriate arsenal of knowledge, a strong character, a firm stand and the courage to tell the truth, even if it is unpleasant. The main thing is to be ready to hear it. It is important to understand that self-development is, first of all, a frank attitude towards oneself, a willingness to work hard to create one's own renewed image.

The second way is to learn to tell the truth to yourself. If a person is used to lying, sooner or later this will lead to neuroses. They appear in the physical body in the form of clamps. There are several methods to get rid of this unkempt phenomenon. It can be a Raykhian massage, it has a good effect. It is not only the clamps that get rid of by means of point action. Along with this, a person is freed from the habit of lying.

Step 5: Incorporating the Self-Improvement Process

If you have motivation based on interest, desire and resources (theoretical knowledge and practical experience), you can think about the start of self-development. To do this, it is necessary to develop a plan for achieving the goal, defining the main guidelines and criteria:

  • Fulfillment of your destiny as a rational being.
  • The goal is not short-term, but long-term.
  • Improve yourself and the world around you.
  • The basis is positive, the goal should be worthy and useful for yourself and those around you.
  • brings pleasure and an unquenchable desire to achieve it.

To start the process of self-development, you must say goodbye to the unnecessary. Having freed from the "chaff", "grains" will remain, and they need to be grown. There will be an opportunity to reveal that were in the depths of the creature, to let loose the abilities and talents. The beginning of self-development starts. A person gets a second wind, he begins to realize that working on revealing his own potential is not exhausting at all. Having spent energy on realization, there is a feeling of the return of strength and health in a doubled volume. The realization that you had to work in the name of a good goal brings positive emotions that inspire further action.

An example is the situation when a person for several years was engaged in an unloved job that did not bring him either money or pleasure. He was comfortable with going with the flow, perhaps so as not to upset his parents, who gave him an education and, for sure, themselves offered (imposed) a future profession on him. When he got to the point that everything in life went awry, he realized that he was not living his own life, was not realizing his own destiny. Remembering his old dream of becoming an architect, he decided to change his whole life and started from scratch. His path was difficult, often he had to take on the hard work of a builder.

At the next stage, I realized that knowledge was needed for the next step and began to study hard, to comprehend, which was the meaning of life for him. It was difficult, sometimes unbearably difficult, but it brought maximum satisfaction and prompted further steps. As a result, he became one of the best professional architects. This was preceded by a difficult beginning of self-development.

Awareness of the need for change

Self-development has a beginning, but has no end, it requires constant. The slightest stop can neutralize everything achieved and a person will begin to degrade. It will seem to him that everything is easy for others, but behind this there is strenuous, daily work, incessant activity - physical and mental. Such a life requires tension and energy costs, but it will become full-fledged and interesting, and not dull and monotonous.

First, you need to define the concepts of self-development and self-improvement: what is the difference, and what methods are used.

Self-development is an independently organized work of a person on himself, the result of which is intellectual, personal and spiritual growth, the emergence of new knowledge and skills.

The next step is self-improvement, i.e. bringing a person's moral, moral, intellectual abilities, skills to a higher level.

In the process of self-development or self-improvement, a person understands that he is doing the right thing, his intellect grows, social behavior changes, health is strengthened, and his appearance improves. Following this, it rises. Intellectual growth entails personal growth, i.e. a person becomes more calm, self-confident, harmonious in their social manifestations.

Reasons for self-development and self-improvement

The reasons underlying desire to become better are based on basic human needs (according to Maslow's pyramid). There are three main reasons:

As part of the first reason, people begin to play sports, quit smoking, and try to eat right.

The second reason makes a person acquire the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities.

The third reason is identical to self-improvement, when a person strives to cognize his Self, to improve existing achievements.

Where to start self-development

The very first and most important thing in this process is to determine what it is for, and what goals are in front of a person who has embarked on the path of improvement.

For a fuller and deeper understanding of the ultimate goal, it is necessary to imagine, realize and feel it. This can be done with a complete muscle relaxation procedure. You need to sit in a comfortable position, preferably alone with yourself, close your eyes, and in complete silence concentrate your attention, will, emotions on your goal. You need to feel it, realize it, present it materially.

After such immersion, the brain begins to think clearly, to work towards the task at hand. It's time to compile a personal self-development diary, a sample of which is presented in general form below:

There can be any number of such plans in the personal development diary. It all depends on the goals, desires, dreams of the person. The diary may contain plans for both intellectual and physical development. Each item is signed by days of the week and hours.

Let's write out a plan with a specific example - to learn English and speak it at a conversational level. Then the plan will look like this:

  1. Learn English.
  2. I need to know English in order to get a prestigious job (take up tutoring, transfer knowledge to my child, etc.).
  3. Tasks: learn the alphabet, understand grammar, increase vocabulary.
  4. Translate texts daily, listen to songs in English (at 17:00); watch films weekly without translation (Sunday, 11:00).
  5. Do not reschedule class time (I will study after watching the series); do not shorten the time allotted for classes.
  6. A year later - fluency in English at a conversational level.

How to start cultivating yourself

After development, perfection begins, the main goal of which is to know oneself, the inner world.

At this stage, a person conducts introspection: identifies positive and negative, examines relationships with loved ones and other people, examines the directions of the personality that need to be improved.

The transition to self-improvement looks something like this: the eradication of the smoking habit entails the elimination of alcohol consumption and the transition to a healthy lifestyle (sports, yoga, proper nutrition). At the final stage, there is an interest in the biological and energy component of a person. A person has his own thoughts, philosophical reflections, the personality becomes bright and multifaceted.

Before answering the question of how to improve oneself, let's define with you why it is necessary to work on oneself. You probably have already observed more than once that the happiest, most successful and self-realized are those people who have bright talents or a high level of development of personal qualities. This does not happen by chance, the reason lies in the fact that these people are very competitive and therefore easily achieve their desired goals.

Example.

You probably know that all people want to live happily and securely, but not everyone succeeds. Let me give you a great example that provides answers to many questions: Every person wants to be attractive, which means to have a wonderful figure. But in order to have a good figure, you need to exercise regularly. Strong-willed and motivated people who regularly go to the gym, they make themselves a beautiful figure for several years. Have you ever wondered how much energy and strength is spent on long-term, and most importantly, regular training?

In order to create a great figure for yourself, you need to follow a diet, exercise schedule, limit yourself in entertainment, and also show perseverance and dedication. As a result, these strong-willed and respectable individuals achieve not only a good figure, but also develop their strong-willed qualities, discipline, and self-confidence. A good figure contributes to an increase in self-esteem and love for oneself, and as a result, athletes' energy improves with a general vitality.

Isn't it true that several years of work give a lot of well-deserved awards? The same can be said for people who pump up their personality traits. If a person devotes a lot of time to the development of personal qualities, he receives no less, and often more, awards and achievements than a person involved in sports.
Self-improvement is the development of your personality, intelligence, body and talent together or separately. Therefore, we draw a logical conclusion: in order to live happier, more successful and more interesting, you need to improve yourself. Otherwise, your successes in life are unlikely to exceed those already achieved.

Where to start.

If we compare two athletes, one of whom has a sloppy approach to sports, expressed in the absence of a training schedule, non-compliance with a diet, lack of purpose, perseverance and training methods, and the other athlete is the opposite of the first, then it is clear who will have the advantage.

Of course, the second athlete during the same training time will achieve significantly greater results than the first. Therefore, if you want to achieve noticeable results in working on yourself, you need to prepare well. In order for the achievements to be significant, you need to know what you want and which way is best to go towards your goal. Therefore, it is imperative to start exploring yourself.

We are doing sports.

Once you start exploring yourself, you will be able to determine which goals are priorities for you and how easy it will be to achieve them. Once you've set your goals, you can create a workout schedule that allows you to improve. Perhaps it will only be work on your body, which, in itself, is already very cool.

Knowing yourself will allow you to choose a sport that suits you, which you will be happy to do all your life. Of course, the stability and regularity of training depends, first of all, on the correct choice of the sport and the level of stress. When choosing a sport, you should know two very important rules:
The first rule is that the initial loads should be extremely light. A slow increase in loads will give you the opportunity to get involved in sports so much that without it you can no longer see your future. The second rule says that you should only choose your favorite sport so that you will be really interested in attending training. And remember that the first task for you is not to achieve colossal results, but to enjoy training in order to make sports one of your favorite pastimes.

We develop personal qualities.

Studying yourself, you will find your strengths and weaknesses and understand what is best for you - to develop the missing qualities or focus on the strengths, and possibly to tighten both. Someone has insufficiently developed will, someone lacks self-love, someone does not have self-confidence, someone has low self-esteem, and someone wants to develop their own. Any quality can be developed by filling a gap in your energy and making it even cleaner, richer and of course brighter.

We develop our talents.

We each have individual talents and preferences. For most people, they are poorly expressed and the owners of talent may not even be aware of their existence. Fortunately, studying yourself will help you identify them. Once you find your talents, it makes sense to start developing them.

Having rich experience in the analysis of industrial, personal, everyday situations, I came to the conclusion that we constantly lack an answer to the question “ How?". The options may be different: how to do it, how it is needed, how it will be, how to get to point "B" and
a bunch of more variations?

We do not even realize ourselves how often we have to look for answers to this question. "How?" Let's touch on the topic "Self-improvement" and discuss the issue

how to improve? I'll start with myself and think that you too will have something to say on this issue. Therefore, I hope for feedback from your side.

So, from my "bell tower" the process of self-improvement should be approached as follows:

To make a plan- this is such a regulatory document according to which YOU (if YOU are not against such treatment) will live for the next week. Yes, it is better to start with a week, and then, if you trample, you yourself will want to continue planning and look into the beautiful far away.

Now about the sections of the Plan. In theory, it should contain all YOUR life for this week:

Charger. In a healthy body healthy mind.

We must not forget about the body - after all, it is an assistant in the labors of our righteous. A person's body can tell a lot about him, even if you see him for the first time. For example, "pivuns" can be seen from afar, they always have a belly first, and then everything else and a muzzle (sorry, face). Briefly, for reference, the word "pivun" means a person, although this wonderful word"HUMAN"I would not name it. Better yet, let it be an individual who abuses BEER (sometimes not only it) and hates his body, face, brain, family and relatives, if you want, you can continue.

The question arises, "How should I start doing exercises?"

Answer.

You need to learn to get up so that there is enough time for this event.. In the morning, at six o'clock, although it is better at four, this is just when the body wakes up and prepares for work. For the first time, YOU can just walk for twenty minutes with a task for yourself - to feel how the body begins to resist getting up, and then enjoy the fresh air, movement, the emergence of good thoughts.

If it doesn't work, then repeat until you can resist. If there is a desire or situations that interfere with doing exercises, then you should know that the bastard is interfering with you - laziness and the prostitute - the mind. It is necessary to learn to get high from charging, however, as well as from any business that YOU do, and since you do it, then you need it.

The next day, if you want, you can go for a run.Forgot how to run, then remember your childhood and run. It is very important that YOU breathe correctly. Again a questionhow to improve yourself? When running, you need to breathe through your nose and mouth. In a trained person, the mouth turns on only during acceleration, when you want to overtake someone, or to prove something.

The breathing while running is as follows - you inhale through your nose, exhale through your mouth. If you have time and do not experience discomfort, then you can inhale through your nose and exhale through your nose. We need to work on this for a week. For someone who quickly remembered a combat childhood, this period can be shortened. The main thing is to enjoy the tension.

Learned to get up, learned to breathe, enjoy the state too. Let's praise ourselves for this and go on to improve ourselves.

The next thing is a warm-up.Many people remember the state after sleep, when they wanted to stretch, and the body did it with such pleasure. Warming up is also stretching the body, but not some part of it, but as a whole. During the warm-up, all the components of our body are worked out.

We warm up from top to bottom. First the arms, then the head, the torso, then the legs. For now, we will perform the exercises on the spot. Now about the place. For warm-up, choose a place where YOU will be comfortable, it is better that there are trees of all kinds, grass (not asphalt). It may not necessarily be a park or square, but just a few trees growing next to the house.
