Vasily Ivanovich was born in 1952 in the village of Verkhniy Byk, Vorobyovsky district, Voronezh region. After graduating from high school, he entered the Voronezh Forestry Engineering Institute, graduating in 1975. In 1985 he defended his PhD thesis. Second higher education in the specialty jurisprudence V.I. Lisov graduated from the Moscow State Social University in 1999, in 2000 he defended his doctoral thesis on the topic “Organizational and methodological aspects of the formation of integrated corporate structures in the conditions of the formation of market relations”. With the direct participation of Vasily Ivanovich, the management structure of the university was optimized, the departments were enlarged, the Faculty of Ecology and the Faculty of Public Professions were created. One of the strengths of Vasily Ivanovich as a rector is that he is a well-known specialist in the field of theoretical and applied problems of corporate governance, methodological and socio-economic issues of the development of the vocational education system, modernization of the Russian economy with increased innovation and competitiveness manufactured products.

Working as the first deputy head of the Moscow Department of Education, V.I.
