  • 200 g pickled mushrooms (salted or boiled);
  • 100 g meat;
  • 6 potatoes;
  • 2 cucumbers (fresh or pickled);
  • 2 tomatoes;

  • lettuce leaves, dill.

For the sauce:

  • sour cream;
  • lemon juice;
  • mustard;
  • salt, sugar, pepper to taste.

Cut the mushrooms into small pieces. Wash the potatoes, boil them in salted water, peel them. We wash cucumbers and tomatoes with running clean water. Cut the meat and vegetables into small cubes. Chop the onion and herbs. We combine all products except greens.

For the sauce, mix the ingredients. We determine their quantity according to our taste.

Cover the salad bowl with lettuce leaves. Add the sauce to the mushroom salad and mix. Place it on the leaves, sprinkle with parsley or dill.

A note about mushrooms

Mushrooms are a true source of many minerals, protein, carbohydrates, and lecithin. The latter does not allow cholesterol to be deposited in the body, and carbohydrates are very close to vegetable ones. Their calorie content is 400 calories per 1 kilogram. Due to this, with small consumption, mushrooms cause a feeling of fullness.

Salted or pickled mushrooms (honey mushrooms, boletus, white mushrooms) are often used as appetizers. Only champignons are used raw. All others must undergo heat treatment. They go well with ham, cheese, potatoes, and tomatoes.

Recipe 3. Salad with mushrooms, ham, eggs and cheese:


  • champignons – 300 grams;
  • ham – 200 grams;
  • tomatoes – 3-4 pieces;
  • chicken eggs – 3 pieces;
  • hard cheese – 100 grams;
  • onion – 150 grams;
  • vegetable or olive oil;
  • mayonnaise;
  • salt, black pepper.

We prepare the products. Boil chicken eggs, then fill them with cold water, after a few minutes we clean the shells. Cut into small cubes or grate, just like cheese. Chop the tomatoes and meat either into strips or into squares.

Finely chop the champignons and onions. Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the onion. As soon as it starts to acquire a golden color, remove it. Add champignons to hot oil and fry well. Let's study.

  • 250 g fettuccine pasta (thin noodles);

  • 50 g butter;
  • 200 g cream;
  • 1.5 tbsp. l. premium flour;
  • 2 tsp. vegetable oil;
  • grated Parmesan cheese;
  • greens, salt.

Cook the noodles in salted water so that they do not stick together, add vegetable oil to the water. Then we put it in a colander and drain the water. We also boil the chopped mushrooms for 10 minutes, salt the water first. We chop the meat into strips.

Prepare the cream sauce as follows: melt 50 grams of butter in a frying pan, add flour, stir immediately so that there are no lumps. Salt and pour cream. Add the mushrooms to this mixture with the broth in which they were boiled, but there should be a little of it, stir. Then add the ham and Parmesan and mix again.

Decorate the finished dish with herbs.

A note about ham

Ham is a finished meat product with spices of a certain form. As an appetizer, such a product is valued for its richness and quick preparation; you just have to chop it finely. It is used in a dish with foods such as cheese, vegetables, herbs, and mushrooms.

How to make a salad with ham, fried mushrooms and cheese
