Wine from irgi

  1. Fill a 3 liter jar with irga.

Pouring from irgi on vodka

According to this recipe, I make a lot of tinctures, using almost all berries, except for strawberries (I didn’t like the taste). It is easy to drink, dizzy, but leaves clear. But it perfectly cheers up, and in the morning there are no unpleasant consequences. If you are interested in a degree, then I can’t say for sure, approximately 20-25.

  1. Fill the jar with berries, but not to the top, but to the shoulders. Pour in sugar, how much will go up to the neck.
  2. Pour vodka into a jar. It takes about 700 ml. cover with a lid and hide from yourself in a secluded corner.
  3. You will have to wait quite a long time, at least 2 months, developing character. But all expectations will come true, because the liqueur is very tasty.

How to freeze irgu for the winter

Among the recipes for preserving berries for the winter, I highlight freezing. The advantages of this method are numerous. Ease of preparation, low labor intensity. And, most importantly, the amount of vitamins and other benefits will not decrease one iota.

In winter, taking out the treasured bag, cook compotes for your pleasure, put them in pastries, grind with sugar.

Harvesting process:

  1. Wash the berries, be sure to dry, remove the stalks.
  2. Spread in a thin layer on a baking sheet and send to the freezer. Turn on fast freeze mode.
