Already tomorrow, from January 26, a new trolleybus route between Cherry and nine will begin to operate in Grodno, which will serve autonomous cars. Today a solemn event was held on the entry of Grodno to the new era of electric transport - a trolleybus with an autonomous move - this is a transitional step towards electrical equipment.

In 2010, Grodno trolleybus management faced a problem, the economically active population began to move to the outskirts of the city, which just started to actively store and develop. In this case, the contact network did not grow, there were problems of an economic plan. After all, the construction of traction substations was required for development, and this is an extremely costly part of the development of trolleybus communication in the city. In 2013, the head was replaced by the head, then active searches for solving problems began: specialists studied the world experience of using electric transport with the prospect of projecting it and Grodno. So management management came to the Moscow DRIVE ELECTRO company. The authorities of Grodno and the regions that financed the construction of the five first machines were connected to the implementation of the project in Belarus. The enterprise "Belkommunmash" on the special process of Grodno has prepared and refine the machine to install the batter module. The leadership plans to pay maximum attention to the development of urban public electric transport. On one charging, the car can drive 15-17 kilometers. As one of the fifteen drivers selected for work on a new route, Leonid Waltsky, as a whole, the new trolleybuses are practically different from their "brothers" on a model range. They have a slightly smaller capacity, and the dynamics is hardly worse when moving offline. By the way, charging batteries is performed directly in motion - several minutes is enough to replenish the charge to 100%.
