Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Parasyuk. Dossier. Volodymyr Parasyuk: unknown facts from the life of the main "drummer" of Rada Who, by profession, people's deputy parasyuk

People's Deputy of Ukraine Volodymyr Parasyuk in your Facebook account stated that the killer Ambassador of Russia Andrey Karlov who sneakily shot the diplomat in the back is a hero.

“When a person, at the cost of his life, is ready to go to extreme measures, for an idea, for the truth, then we can confidently say: a hero,” writes Parasyuk.

In the comments under his post, the deputy stressed that the murderer of the Russian ambassador is a hero for his people, and said that the assassination attempt was a reaction to “thousands of deaths in Aleppo,” for which, according to the deputy, the RF is to blame.

Died as a result of an armed attack. His killer was destroyed as a result of a special operation. The Russian Foreign Ministry called the incident a terrorist attack.

Dossier

Vladimir Zinovievich Parasyuk was born on July 9, 1987 in the village of Maidan (Zholkovsky district, Lviv region, Ukrainian SSR).

He studied, but did not finish his studies at the Faculty of Electronics of the Lviv National University. I. Franko. During his studies, he was in the ranks of the Student Brotherhood of the University, was a member of the Congress of Ukrainian Nationalists. He played for the Lviv team of KVN "Etalon".

He worked as a videographer, filmed various holidays and programs, has his own video studio in Lviv.

During the Euromaidan, he took part in the events as the commander of a combat hundred.

On February 21, 2014, he took the podium without the consent of the organizers, expressed dissatisfaction with the position of the leaders of the opposition forces on behalf of his detachment, promising to go to storm the Presidential Administration, if on February 22, before 10 am, Victor Yanukovich will not be dismissed.

In March 2014, he volunteered for the ATO, was a fighter of the Dnipro-1 battalion of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Dnipropetrovsk region.

On August 31, 2014, together with several groups of fighters, he left the encirclement near Ilovaisk, while receiving an open craniocerebral injury and a bullet wound.

With the start of the parliamentary election campaign in 2014, Parasyuk decided to run for People's Deputies of Ukraine as a self-nominated candidate.

In October 2014, he was elected People's Deputy of Ukraine in the 122nd majoritarian district in the Lviv region. 55.79% of voters voted for Parasyuk. He joined the anti-corruption committee. Out of about 50 bills, among the initiators of which was Parasyuk, only 5 became laws (in particular: a law that increases transparency in the field of property relations, changes in the tax code regarding the activities of schools and preschool institutions, as well as taxation of non-profit organizations concerning the work of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau and the National Anti-Corruption Agency and changes in legislation regarding volunteering).

More than once he took part in fights in parliament.

Awards

On September 1, 2014, by order of the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Arsen Avakov, he was awarded a personalized weapon for bravery and courage shown in battles in the east of the country.

Vladimir Zinovievich Parasyuk is the legendary centurion of the Maidan. There is already an article about him on Wikipedia, here's what is written about him:
"Euromaidan activist. He played an important role in removing the President of Ukraine Yanukovych from power. Commander of the 4th company of the Dnipro battalion. People's Deputy of Ukraine of the Verkhovna Rada of the VIII convocation, non-factional. "In general, a figure of historical proportions.

In pre-revolutionary times in 2011, Parasyuk played for the KVN team "Etalon", Lviv

Team performance video

The photo shows Vladimir Parasyuk during his performances in KVN. In the photo he is next to his colleague on the KVN Etalon team, Vladimir Andreev. Andreev's T-shirt says "He is gay" and the arrow points towards Parasyuk... In May last year, journalist Anatoly Shariy published on his page information that an attack on gays took place in Kiev near the Maidan, to which Parasyuk was allegedly involved. Montyan released the photo, rhetorically asking if Volodymyr Parasyuk "has already spoken out publicly against the prohibition of discrimination against LGBT people in Ukraine?"

Much has already been written about the military exploits of Parasyuk: his injury, being in captivity. Those who do not know can, for example, read this material: "PARASYUK ... WHERE IS YOUR MOUTH, SON?"

Ukrainian journalist Olga Bondarenko posted a good video about the bandage:

But, yesterday I came across a video in which a fighter of the "Donbass" battalion Mikhail Savulchik talks about the heroic behavior of Parasyuk during the hostilities:

Transmission "Direct text" of the Lviv TV channel ZIK, the video is included on 1.01.45

"How can you trust? We have such: Khomchak, Birch. All this video was seen on the Internet, on TV - how they abandoned their soldiers, subordinates, even abandoned the wounded, left Ilovaisk, abandoned. Then they appeared on TV that they heroically left Ilovaisk there - now they are deputies. Everyone knows that they are traitors. The President knows why they are not being removed? Here are 2 traitors who abandoned their soldiers. They need to be tribunalized, shot - anywhere, but not to parliament.
Comrade Parasyuk in the same place, who will not speak rudely, in front of the guys who came from captivity told me that he wet himself during the shelling, then smeared his head with blood to get out of captivity - he is a great centurion, he is a deputy-hero. And such heroes are in our parliament ...
"

P.S. In vain he is so about the great centurion and all the other heroes. The Revolution of Dignity has brought forth worthy heroes. Heroes the galloping herd of Maidan deserves. What a "revolution" - such are the "heroes".

It's amazing how publicity quickly debunks myths. As soon as Semenchenko took off his balaclava, and Gavrilyuk put on his underpants, not a trace of their heroism remained. But the biggest metamorphoses occurred with the image of Volodya Parasyuk. A year ago, he was "the centurion who changed the course of history." Today it is "the people's deputy who marinated three members of his battalion in the Ilovaisk pot, and himself asked to be taken prisoner by the Chechen special forces." Even more questions would arise for Parasyuk if the truth about the events of February 20-21, 2014 in Kiev came out.

Volodya Parasyuk does not admit who advised him to go on the Maidan stage on the evening of February 21 and "annul" the agreement between the president and the opposition signed several hours earlier. But for the lads from the "Right Sector", who guarded the entrances and exits from "Mezhyhirya", there is no big secret in this.

When last summer we went on a tour of Yanukovych's estate, we were told in detail that on February 19 and 20, when snipers had not been installed on the Maidan, Viktor Fedorovich began to prepare to leave the capital.

His residence, despite its vast territory and powerful guards, actually turned out to be extremely vulnerable to a siege. There are only two roads leading to the estate, one of them is rural. The territory is perfectly visible from afar. It is practically impossible to conceal the takeoff of a helicopter or the departure of a truck from the gates of "Mezhyhirya".

At the same time, no one paid attention to such a paradox: from the gates blocked by the "Right Sector", starting from February 19 (on February 18, I remind you that the first shooting took place in Kiev - 25 people died), heavy vehicles regularly drove out, taking out "everything acquired by overwork ".

They tried to stop them only once - on February 20. But on the same day, the leader of the Right Sector Dmitry Yarosh visited the President at Bankova Street. And the unhindered departure of transport from Mezhyhirya resumed.

Then, on February 20, the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Poland - Radoslaw Sikorski, France - Laurent Fabius and Germany - Frank-Walter Steinmeier, as well as the Ombudsman for Human Rights in Russia Vladimir Lukin visited the Presidential Administration with a peacekeeping mission. They participated in Yanukovych's talks with opposition leaders.

As a result of the meetings on February 20 and 21, in the afternoon of the 21st, an agreement was reached on the return of Ukraine to the Constitution of 2004 and holding presidential elections until December 2014.

Pay attention to the chronology. On February 21, at 15-56, the Ukrainska Pravda website reported that an agreement had been signed between Yanukovych, Yatsenyuk, Tyagnibok and Klitschko. At 16-40, the parliament, by a constitutional majority, returned the version of the 2004 Constitution. At the same time, the PR faction "fell down". And the Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Vitaly Zakharchenko was removed from office.

But then no one saw the centurion Parasyuk. Not on the podium, not on the streets, where unknown snipers finished shooting at passers-by. Have not seen him before. As personally confirmed to the author of "Pravoseka" from the "Mezhyhirya" security, he was not there either during the first assault on the AP, or in the epicenter of clashes with "Berkut". He was not on Independence Square on that fateful night when the students were beaten.

According to Vladimir himself (in an interview with the Fakty i Kommentarii newspaper in February 2014), he was sleeping peacefully in the apartment of a kind woman who sheltered Lviv residents. Then he went home, took part in protests in the Lviv region and returned to the Maidan with his father closer to the denouement of events.

And now we come to the minute of our hero's glory. As analysts described it, “the opposition failed to sell its achievements to the Maidan, both the square itself and the protest movement as a whole. After the open coffins were taken out onto the stage on which the sadly chewing Klitschko, the slyly smiling Yatsenyuk and the indifferent Tyagnibok stood, Parasyuk jumped out. And in a trembling voice he shouted into the microphone: “We, ordinary Ukrainians, say to the politicians who stand behind us:“ No Yanukovych will be president for a whole year ... Our fellow countrymen were shot, and our leaders are shaking hands with the murderer. It's a shame. Tomorrow, by 10 o'clock in the morning, he must be out. "

An amazing thing: at the moment when Parasyuk announced his ultimatum, Yanukovych was no longer going to stay in Kiev until morning. His helicopter was under steam. An air corridor was requested, a weather report was received that in the morning it was impossible to fly due to worsening weather. All things are packed, including a small dog. I was told this in detail in "Mezhyhirya".

Thus, the circle of people aware that the president will no longer be in Kiev in the morning and that you can storm as much and whatever you want, was quite wide - from "pravoseks" to air traffic controllers. Only Parasyuk did not know about it. And emotionally he called people to empty offices.

By the way, it happened. On the morning of February 22, activists of the automaidan and the Maidan arrived at the Yanukovych residence in Mezhyhirya, so that, as centurion Volodya advised them, to demand an immediate resignation. But Yanukovych was not at home. There was not even a guard. Why a significant part of various values - gold, art objects, paintings, expensive cars and so on. migrated into the hands of the revolutionaries.

The current custodians of those who remained in Honka do not doubt that there was an agreement between the authorities and a part of the opposition, which was subsequently violated: the president leaves unsafe Kiev, and Right Sector does not prevent him from moving, say, to Kharkov. Volodymyr's task was very simple: to legalize the information held by Right Sector and its sponsors from Dnepropetrovsk, in order to present everything as if it was they who made the president go on the run.

Did Parasyuk know Yarosh? I asked.

And let him tell you himself, - answered the colorful guy from Mezhyhirya self-defense. - He went to the camps with them. In KUHN I flickered.

True, Parasyuk himself said in an interview that he is not a member of any political party. But at the same time he added: "I am not now."

In general, for a fair assessment of the role of Parasyuk and the place of his possible puppeteers in the historical events of 2014, you need to find out exactly who made the bloody mess in those February days. While this remains a mystery.

Timid hints of a bloody provocation appeared only in relation to the very first victims of the Maidan. As Vitaly Sakal, the deputy head of the Investigative Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, admitted a year later, 20-year-old Sergei Nigoyan and 25-year-old citizen of Belarus Mikhail Zhiznevsky were killed with buckshot from a hunting rifle (2 shots in the chest and one in the head) and a bullet in the heart. According to Sakal, the police do not have such weapons.

Also, according to him, it was established that the bodies of those killed were moved, but no witnesses to the murder were found. "The investigation is considering, among other versions, a murder in order to provoke an escalation of the conflict and justify the use of weapons by the protesters. Numerous materials from open sources, where people with firearms are recorded, are confirmed," Sakal said.

Human rights activist Yevgeny Zakharov also considers the version of the killings to escalate the conflict most likely. "The fact that it was not the police who opposed the protesters did it is unambiguous. But who and for what purpose took the life of Nigoyan, Zhiznevsky, and subsequently more than a hundred other protesters, should be established by the investigation. But it is difficult to find out," Zakharov said.

Series 2 - “ATO. Fake wounds "

However, the secret sooner or later becomes apparent. This happened with the second part of the sequel about "Parasyuk the Bogatyr". According to the laws of the genre, as soon as the country was threatened by the evil separatists, he urgently went to fight. And not just anywhere, but to Dnepropetrovsk, to the base of the "Dnepr-1" battalion, created under the auspices of the regional administration, which gained power thanks to the Maidan.

Shortly before the outlined elections to the Verkhovna Rada, at the end of August 2014, Parasyuk, according to the official version, was wounded and captured by DPR supporters, but three days later he was returned to the Ukrainian military. And this is where the fun begins.

Lovers of digging into the truth have collected and compared materials on his mysterious adventures in war and in enemy captivity.

As the readers noticed, “in a fantastically incredible way, the Ukrainian“ Harry Potter ”spent two days in a battle near Ilovaisk, came under fire there, was wounded and captured, immediately taken to the territory of the Russian Federation (for torture ... first by the GRU and then - for humiliation by the insidious Chechens), then he was taken for interrogation to Donetsk, then he moved to Dnepropetrovsk, managed to cure an "open craniocerebral injury" in the hospital, give two full-fledged TV interviews (in a hospital bed and the second in the studio) ... and that's all- then in two days (!). Even with a time machine, it is almost impossible to do something like this in two or three days ... ”.

Not surprisingly, at such a pace, the legendary centurion began to confuse the events that happened to him in captivity and in the war.

Here he tells his story to "Hromadsky Television" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HenPan9lbkg: "When they brought us to the territory of Russia ..." (When? Then they brought us to Donetsk ... "(When? How long did it take to deliver prisoners from Russia to Donetsk?)" Even our people did not know that I was there ... ".

And, perhaps, the funniest thing: Parasyuk at the beginning of the interview says that they broke through with a fight. At the end of the interview, he reports that they were leaving along a dedicated corridor, but they were fired upon and they were (came) captured. Enchanting delirium (see at the end of the interview): "But when we got to them ... we made our way, fired back ... when we came, they say: we did not know that you were driving ...".

Three days later, on the Lviv radio, the version sounded completely different ...

Host: “You were captured on Friday” (August 29). Parasyuk: "I was in captivity for 3 days ..." (???). Unlike the first interview (of September 1), in the Lviv story, Parasyuk completely contradicts what was said earlier. And the funny thing is that, it turns out, Volodya surrendered himself, the wound was from his own grenade. And of course, "having previously shot 12 machine gun horns," then he had a long conversation with the Russian soldiers heart to heart and extorted from them all their Russian military secrets.

But most of all the reading and thinking public was surprised that Parasyuk's “open craniocerebral injury” (as stated by the head physician of the Mechnikov regional hospital in Dnipropetrovsk) moves over the head from left to right quite freely. The “hand injury” that appears and disappears also looks exotic.

The light on this confusion was shed by other participants in the battles near Ilovaisk - the soldiers of the "Donbass" battalion. Telling the truth to the journalists about the events of those days, the commander of the anti-tank platoon of the Donbass battalion, Vladimir Babenko, said that the blame for the encirclement of their unit lay with the battalion commander Semyon Semenchenko, who, on his own initiative, decided to go deeper into the city, breaking away from communications. which predetermined the outcome of the battle. Later, several volunteer battalions were thrown to their aid: "Peacemaker", "Svityaz", "Dnepr-1" and "Kherson". True, only eight out of sixty men from the Svityaz battalion went into battle.

Volodymyr Babenko also mentioned our hero: “The rest of the school, headed by the centurion Parasyuk, lay there, wn ... whether, they ate. Arriving at the meeting, I said: "Get up, let's go!". Nobody went. Then, in captivity, Parasyuk cut himself, smeared himself with blood. He, the famous "300th", did not admit that he was from a volunteer battalion, he said that he was from the Armed Forces. And now he is a people's deputy, ”Babenko complained.

Parasyuk himself answers questions about his hand and head in the same confused way as he does all other questions - about his life, finances, the appearance of the Maidan on the stage and promotion and "throwing" into parliament.

- I won’t think so, I’m not going to admit that scandal, which I’m fond of. Ale can explain. Having trimmed the shrapnel wounds from the RGD grenades, I got it in my head - how can you bachiti, get out my head. I am not paralyzed, I am not caliber, I can oversaturate. If I got to Dnipropetrovsk, they put droppers on me, just injected with heads in my hand. If I transferred to Lviv, they put a catheter in place and it turned out like that, I’m going to Kiev with people, I’m taking care of the help on the examination in Ilovaiska. It was so, but they asked me for Shuster's program. I will clarify: I am not vicious for popularity - it is not necessary for me, since popularity is even more important. I’m a vicious one, why should I achieve the testimony of the politicians and the testimony of people in that, that the opinion of the country lies on us with you. Whom we are robbed, we will be able to "serve".

P.S. The fact that the responsibility for the country lies with all of us is trivial, but in principle it is correct. There is nothing to object. But who does the centurion (aka company commander) Parasyuk serve? This is an interesting question. And, I argue, some oligarchs know an absolutely exact answer to him ...

On January 25, 2017, Vladimir Parasyuk and Semyon Semenchenko blocked the section of the Lugansk-Popasnaya railway as part of the trade blockade of the regions of Donbass not controlled by Ukraine. Later, all railway tracks in the direction of the uncontrolled territories were blocked.

On February 16, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, opening a meeting of the NSDC, said that the participants in the blockade of the temporarily occupied territories of Donbass are blocking Ukraine's struggle for territorial integrity.

I was also a member of the Congress of Ukrainian Nationalists, there was a military referendum. In the camps, I learned the historical truth about the events in Ukraine, about the 20s, about the Holodomor in Ukraine. In an interview he also answered the question about belonging to political parties and groups: - Are you a member of the "Right Sector"? - No. Now I am not a member of any political party or organization. "

He became widely known after his allegedly unplanned speech at a meeting of opposition politicians with Maidan participants on February 21, 2014. Having risen to the podium, allegedly without warning the organizers, Vladimir Parasyuk, on behalf of his detachment, expressed his distrust of the overly cautious, in his opinion, policy of the opposition leaders and publicly vowed to launch an armed assault on the presidential administration if Viktor Yanukovych is not dismissed by 10: 00 the next day.

Parasyuk's speech was warmly supported by the rally participants. There is an opinion that it was Parasyuk's emotional speech that precipitated Yanukovych's decision to secretly leave Kiev.

Subsequently, Parasyuk repeatedly sharply criticized the parliamentary politicians who gained power after the flight of Yanukovych. According to Parasyuk, the former political forces that were in opposition to the Yanukovych regime also compromised themselves:

After the start of the armed conflict in eastern Ukraine, he joined the territorial defense battalion "Dnepr", where he became the commander of the 4th company.

Mysterious captivity

On August 31, 2014, Vladimir Parasyuk, leaving the encirclement near Ilovaisk, was wounded by shrapnel and was taken prisoner.

On September 1, 2015, he was returned from captivity by armed supporters of the self-proclaimed DPR. According to Boris Filatov, Deputy Chairman of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, before that he was taken to the territory of the Russian Federation for interrogation by the GRU.

“Vova Parasyuk, the hero of the Maidan and the symbol of the Resistance, was wounded in the head by a shrapnel and concussed.

He was taken prisoner by Russian career soldiers.

They handed it over to the Chechens. They tried to humiliate. Tore off the Orthodox cross. Vova didn’t let him do it. He said that his mother gave it.

Then the Chechens returned it to the Russian paratroopers. They took him to RUSSIA!

There he was interrogated by the grushniki. And so they didn’t understand who he was!

Vova outwitted them!

Then Vova was returned back to Ukraine and handed over to the Dener forces. They also did not understand who they got, and gave him to ours.

Vova is sleeping now. He is fine.

And I can already see the day when the Kadyrovtsy will again begin to tear off the crosses from the Russians of Russia ...

Although the cross on them seems to have been gone for a long time ... "- Filatov wrote.

Scandals

On November 19, 2015, Parasyuk kicked the deputy head of the Main Directorate for Combating Corruption and Organized Crime of the Security Service of Ukraine Vasyl Pisny in the head.

This happened during a live TV broadcast at a meeting of the committee during the consideration of the issue of Parasyuk's appeal to appoint Pisny to the appropriate position. The people's deputy was angry at the words that Pisnoy did more for Euromaidan than Parasyuk.

Prior to this incident, the GPU had already investigated three criminal proceedings in which the people's deputy Vladimir Parasyuk appears. This was announced by Assistant Prosecutor General Vladislav Kutsenko on the air of 112 channel.

“We have started three criminal proceedings, where the name of People's Deputy Parasyuk appears. This is the abduction of a person that took place in the Lviv region, an employee of the SBU.

The second case concerns a fight in the Pechersky District Court of Kiev during the consideration of the Korban case, when Parasyuk hit the prosecutor several times. The third case concerns Parasyuk's interference in the work of the Pechersk District Court.

"On November 9, we summoned Mr. Parasyuk on the Lviv case. He did not appear. We called his assistant-consultant on the Lviv business. He also did not come to us. I think that on the 20th of November we will also call Mr. Parasyuk in all three affairs, "- said Kutsenko.

"If you are a people's deputy, if you are not a people's deputy, then nobody should be able to beat people, kidnap people," the prosecutor emphasized.

Fight in the Verkhovna Rada

On June 15, 2016, at a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Volodymyr Parasyuk was outraged by the speech of a parliamentarian from the Opposition bloc Dmitry Kolesnikov, in which he accused the mayor of Lvov, Andrey Sadovy, of corruption. Kolesnikov noted that after the "garbage scandal" that took place at the dump near Lviv, "in Europe, the mayor should have forgotten about his career and resign."

After these words, Parasyuk rushed to the podium, believing that Kolesnikov had slandered the mayor of Lvov. On his side was also the speaker of the Rada Andriy Parubiy, who accused Kolesnikov of provoking the conflict in the session hall.

"If you are engaged in anti-Ukrainian propaganda, run for parliament and say it all there," Parubiy said.

As a result, a scuffle of deputies from different factions began at the rostrum of the Rada, in which the instigator Parasyuk's nose was broken.

Declaration of income

year 2014

Vladimir Parasyuk earned UAH 29,142 68 kopecks in 2014. And his parents earned 942,895 hryvnia 2 kopecks. 20 thousand 110 hryvnia 38 kopecks was their salary; 10 thousand 479 hryvnias 64 kopecks - unemployment benefits; 912 thousand 305 hryvnia - income from entrepreneurial and independent professional activities.

The deputy's family owns a land plot of 0.60 hectares. They also own a house with an area of 100 square meters.

Parasyuk does not have a car, but his family drives a 2008 Mercedes "Vito".

2015 year

According to the 2015 income statement, the People's Deputy of Ukraine Volodymyr Parasyuk earned only 75,000 hryvnias. However, despite such a modest salary, in two years he changed as many as three cars and rents an apartment in an elite district of Kiev.

According to the income statement, in 2014 the people's deputy Volodymyr Parasyuk earned no more than 30,000 hryvnias, that is, he received about 2,500 hryvnias per month. It is also unknown where the deputy lived and what he traveled on, because the document indicates only one Mercedes Vito, registered with relatives. But already in 2015, things went better in Parasyuk. Exactly one day before the introduction of criminal liability for false declaration of income, the people's deputy announced 75,000 hryvnia of annual earnings.

However, despite such a modest salary, the "people's deputy" likes to change cars often. For two years, Parasyuk changed as many as three cars, worth over a million hryvnia each. The people's deputy has repeatedly admitted: in addition to the salary that he receives for working in BP, he also lives on the profit from the parental business. But for some reason, Vladimir did not admit to the declaration about the existence of all this transport.

And the servant of the people hides not only a car - there is not a word about housing in the declaration either. The rented apartment on Lesi Ukrainka Boulevard is not even mentioned.

The average monthly cost of renting an apartment in this metropolitan area is 15,000 hryvnia, and the deputy's salary is 500 hryvnia less. The deputy himself explains this paradox simply: the state pays for the apartment, that is, the Ukrainians - from their taxes.

During the battle for Ilovaisk on August 29, 2014, he was wounded and, together with other Ukrainian soldiers, was captured by the Russian military. On September 1, the Ukrainian military exchanged Parasyuk and other Ukrainian soldiers for captured Russian terrorists. According to the Deputy Chairman of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, during the capture, Parasyuk was taken to the territory of the Russian Federation for interrogation by the GRU, later Parasyuk himself denied this information, stating that he managed to hide his identity.

In the early elections to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in 2014, he ran as a self-nominated candidate in the number 122 single-mandate constituency (Zhovkiv and Yavoriv districts of the Lviv region). Scandals and fights. Parasyuk is known for his scandalous behavior and fights. On November 13, Assistant Prosecutor General Vladislav Kutsenko announced that the GPU is investigating three criminal proceedings in which V. Parasyuk's surname appears. One of them is the abduction of an SBU officer in the Lviv region, and two more are connected with a fight in the Pechersk district court, when the case of G. Korban was considered there.
