How to understand that you are correct. How do we understand whether our decisions and actions are correct? How to understand that your husband is tired of

A happy person is characterized by having a healthy appetite for life. The process itself pleases him. If you look more closely, it will not be difficult to see the recipe that all such people have in common: 1) they know how to accurately determine what they want and 2) they get it. How can I understand what I really want?

I remember that day, about a year ago, when I suddenly clearly realized that the transformation that I had been striving for for so long had entered my life. Despite the fact that there were still many unresolved tasks and questions, there were doubts, fears and other accompaniments of any change - but one change nevertheless irrevocably occurred: I knew exactly what I wanted. Moreover, in all areas of life and at different periods of time.

If you woke me up in the middle of the night, demanding to list what interests me in this life, I would blurt out without a shadow of a doubt where I was going. And with a fair amount of specifics. If you offered me to change these goals to other, no less attractive ones, I would refuse, because my scope already gives me enough space to spread my wings. If my life had been faced with a choice – a loved one or these goals, I would have chosen the latter. Because real love will not set such a condition, and everything else is a fake from dreams on the topic of saving love, which will make you happy for the rest of your life and save you from the need to act. And there is no longer a place for this illusion in my life.

This interesting feeling– know what you want and where you are going, because it does not cancel the freedom of choice and the opportunity to change your mind, but you know that your choice has been made.

Absolute freedom does not exist, but there is freedom to make a decision, and after that you are bound by your choice

P. Coelho, "Zaire"

Committing yourself to such a choice is a truly wise step, since it is concentration on a single vector that helps you go through stage after stage and feel the rhythm of life, giving birth to the joy of conscious movement forward. This is also the only way to have what you want for those who are not afraid to dream big.

To describe it simply, the picture looks like this:

To be inspired by movement towards your desires, they must be big- that is, to have scope for the flight of your soul. Global goals give rise to the belief that our capabilities are much wider, thereby unlocking our inner potential and giving us a surge of strength.

Achieving big goals takes time, during which you will move in the chosen direction without changing direction. Only a long movement in one direction can give a tangible result. You have the right to change your goal, change your mind, choose something else - please. The divine right of free choice is always with you, just like the law of cause and effect: every time you start something else, you start new way, and you also need to stay on it for a long time without changing the sharpness of focus.

— In order not to succumb to the temptation of choice and not change your direction, you need to decide exactly what you want. Therefore, it is reasonable at a certain point in life to decide for yourself exactly: “Who am I?” and “Where am I going?” Otherwise, people often change their minds, try many directions at once, do not really succeed anywhere and generally give up any attempts, thereby beginning a smooth descent down the ladder of their prospects.

If you are ready, you don’t need to prepare.

Once you have a direction, it is easier to deal with doubts and tempting opportunities. It’s easier not to be distracted from the essence and keep focus on one thing. When this choice has not yet been fully made and you continue to wait for a miracle (they say, somehow everything will work out by itself), then you swim wherever the wind blows. I think none of us would want to be on an uncontrollable ship in the ocean or floating on fast current boat without oars. So why do many people like this dangerous approach so much: “to go with the flow of life without any goals?” Isn’t it obvious what it brings to stones of helpless old age?

The World Championships are currently underway in Moscow. athletics– how interesting it is to watch some competitions. Look.

What is the essence of the victory of this or that athlete? Some will say that hard training coupled with natural abilities, but still the root is deeper - in their choice to focus on one specific sport that suited them best and improve in it.

Only long and technical proper training in one direction can give the desired result. But each of today's sports stars, having, in principle, strong body and certain talents, could run from sprint to jumps, from jumps to marathon, from marathon to all-around, calling it a search for oneself. Decide on a direction as early as possible is the most important decision in sports, and everyone knows about it, which is curious, but in life it is also the most important decision, although much fewer people take it into account.

To get what you want, you need to choose a single vector and move in its direction, constantly improving over a long time.

Hence the logical question: do you know what you want from your life? In all areas?

I didn't know for a long time. Or rather, she misinterpreted her desires. For example, I sincerely wanted to live by the sea. And only after 2 years, closely spent by the sea, I realized that I really want to regularly travel to the sea, and to the mountains, and to the forests, and to the snow, that is, to travel a lot around the world, and only during breaks between something more significant and creative, for example the development of your project, and living by the sea is not at all necessary. A big city answers much more of my questions than an island isolated from the world. In my personal life, I also had dreams in the style of “maybe I will become a wonderful housewife and keeper of the hearth and will not do anything,” which made my own universe laugh a lot with the corresponding lessons.

For every talent we will be asked.

But every time, even when the next “I want” turned out to be more of my fantasy about a wonderful future, and not an adult decision, I continued to move forward. I wanted to live by the sea - I went there to live. I wanted a free schedule - I found a way to work as a freelancer. I realized that I had to return to Moscow and moved. I wanted an original project - and here it is in front of you. It was this movement, and not reflection (!), that gave us the skill to separate the grains of the true aspirations of the soul from the chaff of idle entertainment that leads nowhere. At some point, real goals began to take on a more and more distinct form, leaving behind all the imposed husk.

This is an illustration of my favorite example of a long climb into the mountains - at first you don’t even see the top, but as you approach, with the next observation deck, your view increases and at some point - the target becomes clearly visible. But if you don’t get off the couch and start this path of conscious movement along the edges of your “I want” and “I can,” then don’t ask for the top.

Some tips on how to understand your true desires and find inspiring goals

0. Tip number “zero”- start a conscious movement, to begin with, towards any immediate desire. I need to start moving uphill in order to continue to talk about where exactly my road is in all this splendor. If you plan to start and do something only when you find your Path or destiny, you simply will not leave the threshold of your home. This is called “sofa self-searching”, and it’s funny.

1. Pay attention to your own desires

Availability large quantity desires and ideas are a sign of high energy. Don't give up on your aspirations. And don’t listen to those who say that desires are bad. Desires encourage us to move forward, grow and overcome ourselves, or rather, our own ideas about ourselves. Desires are catalysts vital energy. Another question is that when potential remains unrealized, it begins to put pressure. That is why it is useful to fulfill desires in every sense.

The difference between a true dream or a “social” one, that is, an imposed one, is most often realized only in practice, and not in the mind. Get ready for trial and error stage, especially if they grew up in a very “closed-minded” environment, but this stage is also very productive.

Most often I receive letters in the style of “how to change everything, but not make a mistake.” That's the point: no way. Yes, you may make a mistake, but even a mistake with a sincere intention to change for the better and realize your potential to the maximum will be beneficial, because it will remove another layer of blinders from your eyes, which you will never see unless you try.

A loser is someone who, out of fear of failure, didn’t even try.

It was the mistakes that brought me to that very observation deck where I was able to clearly see what I want: who to be, what to have, where to go. And as a bonus, she understands that she no longer intends to endure it.

2. Find the junction between desires and abilities

The single vector that was discussed is very often at the junction of “I want” and “I can”. That is, these are not just your current abilities, but multiplied by great desires. What you have inclinations and talents for, but in the context of a big dream. This is the conscious development of your abilities into mastery, which allows you to fulfill your wildest desires. As soon as you find this joint, give it priority. Nothing makes a person internally whole and calm more than a clear understanding of where he is going.

A goal differs from fantasy only in the presence of real steps now in the chosen direction. In all other cases, if you want to, but don’t do it, it’s nothing more than a childhood dream that is unlikely to ever come true.

To get somewhere, you need to know the destination. This is primary. And the sooner you decide on it, the clearer everything that happens around you becomes. I wish you to realize it and choose from all the diversity.

Most first-time mothers are naturally concerned about the question of how the pregnancy is going, whether it is proceeding well, without complications, especially during pregnancy. early stages. Currently, obstetricians and gynecologists are involved in pregnancy management.

In order to optimally monitor the condition of the expectant mother and fetus, doctors recommend regularly visiting an antenatal clinic.

Registration of a pregnant woman at a dispensary

How can a woman understand that pregnancy is going well in the early stages? It is quite difficult to independently determine the nature of the course of pregnancy in the first trimester. Only qualified specialists can answer this question after conducting an appropriate examination. Therefore, it is very important that a pregnant woman attends an antenatal clinic as early as possible, preferably before the 12th week.

If contraindications for continuing pregnancy are identified, then in the first trimester you can still use gentle methods to terminate it. Timely registration at the dispensary and further regular visits to the obstetrician-gynecologist, according to the established schedule, largely determine the normal course of pregnancy.

Visiting schedule antenatal clinic prescribed by the supervising physician must be followed unquestioningly.

Physiological changes in the body of a pregnant woman

How can you understand that pregnancy is developing normally without taking into account the opinion of doctors? To do this, you need to focus on your general condition and feelings. Carrying a child will certainly lead to physiological changes in the pregnant woman’s body. What changes in her body can a woman notice that will indicate a normal course of pregnancy:

  • Appearance.
  • Performance of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems.
  • Functionality of the kidneys, liver and gastrointestinal tract (GIT).

Appearance

It will be quite natural for a pregnant woman to acquire a characteristic appearance, which was unusual for her before conceiving a child:

  • In addition to the appearance of a tummy, there is a slight increase in the size of the limbs, a decrease in the range of movements in the hip joints, and a change in facial features. Due to the shift in the center of gravity, a woman’s gait and posture changes.

  • Darkening is noted skin(pigmentation) in the face, abdomen and parapapillary area.
  • The veins on the lower extremities become more visible. Varicose veins may even appear, which were not typical before conception.
  • Due to the enlargement of the abdomen, so-called striae (stripes, stretch marks on the skin) often form on its surface.
  • During the period of bearing a child, in some cases a moderate increase in body temperature (low-grade fever) is recorded. As a rule, this is observed up to 4 months and is associated with normal hormonal changes in the body of a pregnant woman. By the way, an increase in rectal temperature is considered to be one of early signs pregnancy.
  • The mammary glands undergo significant changes, the swelling and increase in volume of which is simply impossible not to notice. The size of the nipples also increases. In addition, due to pigmentation, the nipples and area around the nipple become dark brown.

Cardiovascular and respiratory systems

As a rule, the first trimester is characterized by low blood pressure, but starting from approximately the 29th week, there is a tendency to increase, which sometimes makes it difficult to diagnose true hypertension. With the growth of the fetus and the enlargement of the uterus, the heart rate also increases slightly (within 84–90 beats per minute).

Hesitation blood pressure and hormonal changes in the female body often lead to disruption of the heart, which can manifest itself as arrhythmias and extrasystoles.

The additional load on the lungs, associated with the fact that you have to provide oxygen not only to yourself, but also to the fetus, leads to the development of shortness of breath. In pregnant women, especially in later, certain difficulties arise with performing normal physical activity. An attack of shortness of breath and rapid fatigue can be observed even when climbing stairs just a few floors.

Nevertheless, all this is considered within normal limits, unless, of course, the pregnant woman suffers from some pathology of the cardiovascular and/or respiratory systems.

Digestive and urinary systems

Quite often, pregnant women's taste preferences change dramatically. Some pregnant women develop a sharp aversion to certain types of foods (for example, meat, cheese, sausages, butter), while others may generally be drawn to inedible things (clay, chalk).

In some cases, there is an increase in appetite, in others, on the contrary, a significant decrease. Also, due to decreased intestinal tone, pregnant women are more prone to constipation. This is normal and does not require correction with medications, except by changing your diet.

Increased stress on the kidneys often leads to frequent urination. In the absence of other symptoms, frequent urination should be attributed to natural physiological changes in the body of a pregnant woman, and not to the clinical manifestation of any disease.

No one is saying that you have to endure any discomfort or, even worse, pain. Any changes in your health should be reported to your doctor. And he will decide how serious this is.

Signs of a normal pregnancy

What you should pay attention to first of all in order to find out that pregnancy, both in the early and late stages, is proceeding normally:

  • Weight gain.
  • Abdominal enlargement.
  • Fetal movement.
  • Fetal heartbeat.
  • Pain.
  • Vaginal discharge.
  • The appearance of colostrum.

Weight gain

Fetal development, uterine enlargement, fluid retention, restructuring of metabolic processes - all this naturally causes the progressive weight gain of a pregnant woman. On average, the body weight of the expectant mother during the entire period of bearing a child increases by 10–12 kg, of which:

  • About 6 kg are the fetus, placenta and amniotic fluid.
  • 1–2 kg is due to the growth of the uterus and mammary glands.
  • 3–4 kg is an immediate weight gain.

In the early stages of pregnancy, a woman’s body weight remains virtually unchanged. By the end of the 12th week there is some increase, which can be up to 2 kg. In the second trimester, a woman usually gains 300 grams per week. In the third trimester, the increase is already up to 400 grams per week.

A few days before giving birth, regular changes in metabolic processes lead to the fact that a pregnant woman’s body weight can decrease by 1–2 kg.

It should be remembered that these are average data, which may vary in each specific case. In addition, weight gain, among other things, can be influenced by factors such as individual and constitutional characteristics of the body, as well as heredity.

Fetal movement

The baby makes its first movements at 8 weeks, but they are not yet noticeable to the woman. It is generally accepted that fetal movement begins to be felt at 16–20 weeks. Multiparous mothers are familiar with this feeling firsthand, so they record the motor activity of the unborn child earlier than first-time mothers. It is also worth noting that due to the lack of fat deposits on the front wall of the abdomen, slimmer girls perceive the baby’s movements more quickly than plump ones.

Make a note of the date you feel your first fetal movement as this will help your healthcare provider determine your expected due date. As a rule, for a primiparous woman it is necessary to add 20 weeks, for a multiparous woman - 22 weeks. The intensity of movements will help you assess the baby's health. Excessive activity is just as bad as a significant reduction or complete cessation of movement.

To monitor the child’s activity, a specially developed test is used, which can be used at home starting from the 28th week. From 9 am to 9 pm it is necessary to count the number of movements and record every 10. Normally, the tenth movement is usually observed before 5 pm. If over the course of 12 hours you notice that the child has moved less than 10 times, then you should inform the doctor about this. If not a single movement is noted for the whole day, then you should immediately go to the hospital.

By the movement of the fetus, a woman herself can understand how her pregnancy is progressing, whether everything is developing normally, or whether she needs to immediately seek help.

Fetal heartbeat

One of the most important signs of a normal pregnancy is the fetal heartbeat. The first signs of the heart of the unborn baby can be determined using a special vaginal ultrasound sensor already in the early stages of pregnancy (3–4 weeks). Features of changes in fetal heart rate:

  • At weeks 4–6, your heart rate will be 80–85 beats per minute.
  • At 6–8 weeks, the heart rate will increase to 110–130 beats per minute.
  • At 8–10 weeks, the heart rate can reach 190 beats per minute.
  • From the 11th week until delivery, your heart rate will be between 140 and 160 bpm.

Heart rate can be used to assess the general condition of the fetus. The baby’s heart instantly reacts to any changes that occur with a pregnant woman (stress, various diseases, physical exercise). For example, a heart rate that is too fast may indicate long-term problems with the blood supply to the fetus, which leads to insufficient oxygen and nutrients.

A slowdown in the rhythm will indicate a sharp deterioration in the condition of the fetus, requiring emergency measures up to and including surgical delivery.

Pain

During pregnancy, painful sensations of varying nature, intensity and localization often occur. Most of them are considered a natural physiological process in response to changes that occur in the body of a pregnant woman:

  • Due to the enlargement of the uterus, its own ligaments, which are attached to the iliac bones, are stretched, and pain occurs in the area of the inguinal folds and above the pubis. This could be due to sudden turns, fast movements, or even just coughing. Such pain does not pose a danger to a woman or child.
  • Due to a tendency to constipation, pregnant women often experience nagging pain in the lower abdomen (usually on the left side). To prevent constipation, pay attention to your diet. Your diet should include enough dairy products and foods containing more fiber. Besides, positive influence Intestinal motility is affected by regular physical activity of moderate intensity.
  • Due to some divergence of the symphysis pubis under the influence of the hormone relaxin produced by the ovaries and placenta, pain in the pubic area may be observed. Such changes in the location of the pelvic bones are necessary to facilitate the passage of the baby through the birth canal.

If sufficiently intense and severe pain occurs, you should seek help from a qualified specialist. Accept any medicines or carrying out any manipulations to relieve pain without informing your supervising doctor is not recommended.

Vaginal discharge

During the entire period of pregnancy, vaginal discharge is observed. And this is a completely normal phenomenon if their character meets a number of parameters. What vaginal discharge is considered normal?

Abundant, transparent, white, without unpleasant odor and not accompanied by itching or burning in the genital area. At the same time, the following discharges are considered pathological, requiring identification of the cause and special treatment:

  • Yellow. It is necessary to undergo appropriate tests to exclude sexually transmitted diseases (for example, gonorrhea).
  • Abundant white accompanied by itching and burning . Moreover, it has a cheesy consistency. Most common reason such discharge is vaginal candidiasis or thrush.
  • Green. The reasons can be very diverse, but most often associated with infectious and inflammatory diseases of the genitourinary system.
  • Brown. Under no circumstances should you delay visiting an obstetrician-gynecologist. This type of discharge could be caused by ectopic pregnancy, placental abruption, cervical injury, etc.
  • Bloody . They are considered the most dangerous of all possible pathological discharges, and if detected, you must urgently see your supervising doctor.

More often bloody issues signal about ectopic pregnancy, development of miscarriage, premature placental abruption, damage to the vagina and/or cervix.

Colostrum

For some pregnant women, any changes in the body that they were not warned about cause serious concern. For example, the appearance of colostrum before birth can even cause a panic attack in them. We hasten to assure you that there is no reason to worry. It is normal to leak colostrum while pregnant. No pathology can be traced here.

In addition, the absence of colostrum secretion before birth is also not considered a deviation from the norm.

If you cannot accurately understand whether the pregnancy is progressing well and normally, you should visit an obstetrician-gynecologist as soon as possible, which will dispel all your doubts or take appropriate measures in a timely manner.

Good afternoon, my story is not unique, there are millions of them. I don’t even fully understand why I’m writing all this now; I was probably influenced by the story of a friend who, thanks to your help and support, was able to change her life and find her feminine happiness. I am 30 years old, raising a lovely daughter alone. 3 years ago I met what I thought was my man. We lived together in perfect harmony, he loved both me and my daughter very much, but the happiness did not last long and after a year, everything began to fall apart, after another year I was already seriously thinking about leaving him. I thought it was good and right when you support your man in everything, no matter how hard it is for him, don’t blame him for the lack of money, lack of work, etc., don’t talk about your difficulties and problems again.... That’s all. this turned against me, the fact that I carry the whole family and all matters on myself became the norm and stopped being noticed at all... and meanwhile I was tired of all this mentally and physically so that I didn’t want to come home at all (we lived in rented apartment together with his brother and his brother’s wife)....The last straw was the story on March 8th. I wake up in the morning, expecting a surprise, a gift, etc. but nothing, the day passed - nothing, in the evening he brought food and asked to prepare Olivier and other things in honor of the holiday. To my question, “Where are there at least flowers?” he replied, “Yes, I wanted to go buy one, I called my brother with me, and he replied that he wouldn’t buy it for his wife, her last bouquet had not yet wilted...”. Don’t think that this was the reason for leaving, it was exactly the last straw. We talked a lot about what we would like to change and that if we don’t do this, then I will leave... nothing changed... one fine day, I started packing my things, the movers arrived and I left... how much and what I I heard about myself, it’s not worth talking about. Several months passed, passions subsided and we began to communicate again, like friends, helped each other in word and deed and everything was fine, until I asked to bring some things that were left with him... and again to me I had to listen to a bunch of nasty things from the future psychologist, as he explained later, he was just interested in seeing my reaction to this behavior... communication was stopped completely. And just recently he appeared again and began to talk colorfully about how he met his first love, that this is his ideal, he brings her and her child from another city, etc. I have never seen as much care and tenderness as this girl received for a month and a half in relation to myself in almost 3 years. I said that we should stop all communication, because I don’t want to once again watch how my ex builds his life without me, gets married, has children, etc. I deleted all contacts of him and his friends (fortunately I don’t communicate with them anyway) so as not to accidentally or deliberately become a spectator. Tell me if I'm doing the right thing by cutting him out of my life as a friend. And how can I understand what’s wrong with me? All men just solve their problems at my expense, wait out the lack of money and lack of work, make repairs with my hands and increase their status at my expense, and when everything gets better, they go to others and immediately get married . I don’t know how not to help people and demand something from them at the time of their difficulties and weaknesses, but I’m also tired of the fact that my openness and kindness are used in such a shameless way. I really want a real family, where not only mother, daughter and grandparents, but mother and father, children, my own cozy home where love and warmth reign, where you come with a smile. Thanks to everyone who read to the end, it was a bit much.

I believe that we all came into this world for a reason and that we all have some significance in it. I truly believe that we are all gifted with unique and unique talents. The realization of our talents is much more important than we ourselves realize.

First, I'll tell you my story.

Last year I was overwhelmed by the number of things to do because I was chasing my dreams of money and “success”. I didn’t even remember why I needed it. Luckily for me, I met Jim (not his real name). Jim got it done monetary success, which I longed for so much. He was financially independent, he successfully ran several projects, he had real estate in many countries, he could afford all the luxuries that money could buy.

He was able to achieve all this through hard work, consistency and responsibility! But Jim was not happy. He had no free time to enjoy his wealth. He wanted to have a family. He wanted peace. He wanted to live his own life... but he couldn't afford it. He had too many responsibilities, without fulfilling which he would have lost a lot. He had a lot to protect. Jim spent years building his castle and now that the construction is complete, he spends all his time ensuring that the castle does not collapse under the influence of external factors.

Meeting Jim opened my eyes to my life and forced me to change it. His words brought me to my senses. It suddenly became clear to me that “I don’t want to spend the next 10 years of my life chasing money, only to then find my emotional, mental and spiritual development at the same level as it was at the beginning of the chase.” Brakes squealed as my pursuit stalled and then was put aside. I spent the next two months re-evaluating my life goals.

The following questions came to my mind: What am I chasing? Why am I doing this? What's my true goal? Why am I here?

While reading Michael Gerber's book E-Myth: Why Most Small Businesses Don't Work, I found myself crying. In that chapter, the author asked readers to complete visualization exercises. Following his instructions, you clearly picture the day of your funeral in your mind. What kind of eulogy do you want for yourself? What will be your lifetime achievements? What will the end of your life mean to you? highest value? Is this what you are doing now?

I started writing. I started making a list of what is really important to me. I wrote down everything I wanted to do. I reconsidered my priorities. For myself, I decided that all the steps I took should lead to achieving a goal that corresponds to my personal values and is what I really want from life. With each new opportunity, I must determine whether this opportunity is suitable for achieving my ultimate goal. No matter how much money it brings me new opportunity, if it goes against mine life goals, I won't use it. I formulated my goal as follows:

To inspire, encourage and motivate people to live happier, more meaningful lives.

Here are some tasks that are particularly significant to me:

  • For me, agreement with myself, self-realization and a feeling of happiness are of great importance;
  • Of greatest value to me are serious relationship with people, the ability to build real relationships at a deep level;
  • I will be financially independent and manage my time and location. I want to work only on those projects and implement only those ideas that I like. My financial situation will not conflict with my values and life goals;
  • I will travel and live in different parts of the world. Having become acquainted with all kinds of cultures, I will document them in photographs and share my impressions with others;
  • I'll buy my mom a house in Vancouver with a pool in the backyard. This is her dream and I want to make it come true;
  • Family is important to me. I want my husband and I to have a strong and loving relationship.
  • I try to live every day like this life to the fullest as if this is my last day.
