We need:

50 g of any nuts, 100 g of raisins, 1 tbsp. flour, 3 tbsp. cocoa (optional), 1.5 tbsp. oatmeal, 2/3 tbsp. sugar, 160 g butter, 1 egg.

We cut the nuts into small pieces (I had walnuts). Soak the raisins in boiling water and rinse well.

Sift the cocoa flour into a bowl. You can skip cocoa by replacing it with 3 tbsp. flour. Pour sugar and oatmeal there.

We drive in an egg, put softened butter.

Mix all the ingredients a little.

Add raisins and nuts.

And knead the dough well.

Cover the baking sheet with parchment, form round cookies. I got them 4-5 cm in diameter, about 1.5 cm thick. Only 15 pieces.

We put in an oven preheated to 170 C for 20-25 minutes. And now they are ready!

  • 100 g "Extra" medium grinding oatmeal
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 100 g softened butter
  • 1 large chicken egg
  • 50 g raisins
  • a handful of walnuts (about 30 g)
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder with a small slide

It is better to take the smallest sugar, it is more convenient to cook with it and the dough turns out to be more plastic.

Preparation:

We take out the butter from the refrigerator and leave it at room temperature. While we are working on the other ingredients, it will become soft enough to work with.

Roll out the dough with raisins and nuts into small balls, approximately 5-7 cm wide and 1.5-2 cm in diameter. It is undesirable to make cookies with oatmeal and nuts with a smaller or larger diameter, because in the first case, after baking, it will become hard, and in the second, it may not be baked.

Put the dough balls on a baking sheet, pre-greased with margarine. Sprinkle with sugar on top (optional) and send to the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
