2. GENERAL TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

2.1. Preparing the pump for repair, taking it out for repair, carrying out repair work and accepting it from repair should be carried out in accordance with RD Pr 34-38-030-92 "Rules for organizing maintenance and repair of equipment for buildings and structures of power plants and networks",

2.2. The materials of the main components and their substitute materials are given in the mandatory Appendix 2.

The use of materials not specified in the appendix must be agreed with the organization that developed the design documentation for the pump unit.

2.3. Dismantle the pump, disassemble, prepare for fault detection, fault detection, protective coatings in accordance with

TU 26-06-1106-78.

2.4. Requirements (except for those specified in the TU) for the repair of the impeller, housing parts, bearings, threaded connections, couplings must comply with TU 2G-06-II86-78.

2.5. The norms of clearances and interference fit of the component parts are given in the obligatory Appendix 3.
