Ingredients required:

  • green onion - from one head of a feather,
  • cilantro (fresh, chopped) - a large spoon with a slide,
  • walnuts (ground) - two tablespoons,
  • lemon juice - from one lemon,
  • vegetable oil (preferably olive) - three tablespoons,
  • garlic - a couple of cloves.

Cooking process:

  1. Boil the beans, remove, dip in cold water.
  2. Cut the onion, prepare the cilantro and nuts, pass the garlic through the garlic, squeeze the lemon juice.
  3. Mix oil, lemon juice, garlic, ground nuts.

  3. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon, mix it with mayonnaise, kefir, sugar, salt and pepper.
  4. Mix all the ingredients, season with the resulting mixture. You can sprinkle with chopped herbs.

  • pork (without bones) - half a kilo,
  • green beans (frozen) - pack,
  • fresh champignons - 300 g,
  • onions, carrots, potatoes - one piece each,
  • cheese (optional) - 100 g,
  • vegetable oil (for frying) - how much will it take,
  • salt and pepper - to taste,
  • tomato paste - two tablespoons,
  • broth (meat) - half a liter,
  • chicken egg - two.

Cooking process:

  1. Boil beans in salted water for 10 minutes.
  2. Boil potatoes in their skins, peel, cut.
  3. Cut the meat into small pieces, fry, salt and pepper, along with onions.
  4. Add chopped mushrooms and tomato paste, simmer (possibly with a small amount of broth).
