Yes, now about batter. To make sandwiches with zucchini, I decided to first fry the wheels of young zucchini in a mixture of kefir, eggs, universal seasoning and salt. I started with a la batter. A la - because I did not add flour. I combined kefir, eggs, seasoning and salt.

Stir everything together with a whisk until smooth.

While frying, I added batter and turned the pieces over several times so that they were fed and then browned.

Then she spread cheese on the bread, covering the entire surface of the pieces. Turned off the fire and covered with a lid. After 3-4 minutes I looked in - the melting process was already in full swing.

I planted circles of zucchini on the melted cheese - where one at a time, where two at a time, depending on their size. Turned off the fire after a couple of minutes.

Served hot, sprinkled with dried herbs (unfortunately, there was no fresh one) and topped with green peas. Mmm... dinner turned out great - everyone was satisfied!
