Put the minced meat with onions on the potatoes, also in an even layer. On top of the meat, again the potato mixture and level again. Now we turn on the "Baking" mode for 40-50 minutes. We take out the finished casserole by the corners of the parchment from the bowl, cut it into slices and serve it without fail with sour cream.

2. Break 3 eggs into a bowl.

3. Add salt, pepper, spices to the minced meat, eggs and potatoes. I have garlic pepper and basil. You can use any seasoning you like. Or even a ready-made spice for potatoes.

4. Add sour cream to eggs with spices. Mayonnaise or milk can be used. Or mix sour cream with mayonnaise, for example.

5. Beat everything until smooth.
