Cleo deluxe wallpaper glue. Tile adhesive de luxe prior. Glue for exclusive wallpaper Kleo Deluxe

Kleo Deluxe 40 is an adhesive for heavy wallpaper - textile and non-woven, paper, jute, reed, bamboo, metallized, fibrous. Also suitable for frescoes, hard vinyl, cork, velor and non-woven fabrics. Each package contains two bags: glue (350g) and primer (80g), for surface treatment. The composition is designed for reliable fixation of paper, fabric or non-woven base of any original wallpaper.

A mixture based on modified starch, with methylcellulose and special additives, so Cleo Deluxe 40 is free-flowing. For preparation, the powder is diluted in ordinary water, the heavier the wallpaper, the less water. There are manufacturer's recommendations for different types wallpaper - in what proportions to add water. So, it is most profitable to glue paper strips - 10 liters per 1 package of glue. When a mixture for velor wallpaper is required, the proportion is 8.5 liters per 1 package, similarly for almost all other varieties, even hard vinyl and frescoes, wallpaper made of stone chips, metallized. The only exception is the most heavy wallpaper from vinyl, for them the proportion is 8 liters of water per 1 package. Glue with a reinforced formula reliably holds any canvas - both light and heavy.

Features of using Kleo Deluxe 40

Thanks to useful additives, the adhesive provides improved adhesion of the sheets at joints and difficult surface areas. Qualitatively refined starch gives the mixture "softness", carefully fixes the wallpaper based on natural fibers and prevents their deformation after drying. Cleo Deluxe is an adhesive with increased initial tack, but the orientation of the sheets is easy to correct. But when the glue layer dries, the final fixing of the finish on the surface will be guaranteed to be reliable and durable, regardless of the type of base.

In terms of area, this adhesive for textile wallpaper and strips of other materials, together with a primer, is able to cover up to 40 sq.m. surfaces (1 pack). In rolls it is from 5 to 8 pieces.

Application area

Prior De Luxe glue is designed for wall and floor cladding with any porcelain stoneware, as well as all types of ceramic tiles during internal and external works in buildings and structures for various purposes. The adhesive can be used as a repair compound to repair small surface defects (cracks, chips, potholes). The adhesive is recommended for use in the “warm floor” system under porcelain stoneware and other types of tiles.

Properties

It is made on the basis of high-quality cement, fractionated sand and a complex of modifying additives. The excellent fixing ability of the adhesive allows the tiles to be laid using the “top-down” method, excluding slipping. Universal adhesive Prior De Luxe is plastic and easy to work with, weather-resistant and frost-resistant. A high index of adhesion strength with the surface ensures the reliability and durability of the coating.

Strong, non-deformable mineral substrates (cement and gypsum plasters; concrete, gas and foam concrete, brick surfaces; GWP), as well as firmly fixed GKL and GVL.

Foundation preparation

The base surface must be solid, thoroughly dust-free, free from dirt, paints, oils, fats and other contaminants that prevent normal adhesion of the material to the surface. Crumbling and fragile areas of the base must be removed. The surface must not be subject to deformation and shrinkage. Smooth substrates must be roughened. Before carrying out work, to increase adhesion and reduce the absorbency of the base, the surface must be treated with a De Luxe primer. The type of primer, as well as the number of layers of application, are selected depending on the absorbency of the substrate. Porous bases (gas and foam concrete, brick) require more thorough treatment with a primer. For preliminary leveling of significant irregularities of vertical and horizontal surfaces, it is recommended to use plaster, as well as screed and (or) De Luxe self-leveling floor. In case of possible contact with water or capillary entry of moisture, the surface of the base must be treated coated waterproofing deluxe.

Solution preparation

To prepare the solution, use only clean containers and tools. Pour the dry mixture into a container with clean water according to calculated indicators (see table specifications) and mix thoroughly for 3-5 minutes until a homogeneous plastic mass is obtained. Keep the resulting solution for 3-5 minutes and mix again. Mixing is recommended to be done mechanically using a professional mixer, or a drill with a nozzle at low speed. Manual mixing (using a spatula or trowel) is allowed if the mass of the mixed mixture is not more than 1 kg. Ready solution is recommended to be used within 4 hours.

Execution of work

Apply the prepared Prior De Luxe adhesive solution to the prepared base with a spatula or trowel and level with a notched trowel. The size of the trowel teeth depends on the size of the tile. For large-format tiles, it is necessary to use a spatula with a tooth size of at least 8x8 mm. The consumption of Prior De Luxe glue also depends on the size of the tile and the size of the spatula tooth. Tiles should not be soaked before starting work. Apply the tile to the freshly applied adhesive and press it to the base. After pressing the tile, the mortar must cover at least 65% of the bonded surface. For outdoor work, to increase the reliability of fastening, 100% wettability of the tile with glue is necessary. For this, it is recommended to additionally apply the solution to reverse side tiles. When working with material mortar mixture should be applied to a base area that can be tiled within 20 minutes. The location of the tiles can be adjusted within 10 minutes after laying. Pedestrian movement on the tiled surface, as well as subsequent grouting, is allowed no earlier than 24 hours after laying the tiles (see table of technical characteristics).

For work at temperatures below +5 ° C, it is necessary to use antifreeze additive deluxe.

Attention! Laying tiles on a layer of adhesive more than the specified thickness can lead to a significant increase in setting time.

ATTENTION!!!

Gloves must be used to protect hands during work. Keep away from children. In case of contact with eyes and skin, rinse thoroughly with water.

Along with the above instructions for the use of the material during the work, one should be guided by the relevant SP (SNiP) and instructions. Technical description does not replace the professional knowledge and skills of the contractor. If in doubt about the possibility of using the material, you should test it yourself or seek advice from the manufacturer.
