How to become a cadet section in the cadet corps. Cadet classes: characteristics, structure, admission rules, training

If you are thinking about preparing a child for military or other public service, it is optimal to start with training in cadet corps... For admission to the cadet corps, we recommend adhering to the following algorithm.

Step 1. Select a cadet corps.
Each cadet corps has its own conditions, procedure or regulations for admission, however, admission to these educational institutions is carried out in accordance with the procedure established by federal state bodies (part 4 of article 86 of the Law of December 29, 2012 N 273-FZ).
When choosing a cadet corps, consider the following:
1) the location of the educational institution.

Note!
In case of admission of the candidate to the entrance examinations, the central selection committee forms nominal lists of candidates, taking into account their place of residence (regardless of the school chosen by the candidate for admission) and sends them to the selection commissions of schools for conducting entrance examinations (clause 20 of the Procedure, approved by the Order of the Minister defense of the Russian Federation of 07.21.2014 N 515);

2) the age of the child. Cadet corps can be formed with of different ages, but the most popular educational institutions take only children with already completed primary education (after the 3rd grade);
3) requirements for the candidate. It is necessary to compare the child's capabilities with the requirements of the educational institution, for example, to the state of health (he must belong to the I or II group of the state of health), to the level of education (upon admission, correspond to his class of study), to age (clause 13 of Order No. 515; pp 1, 2, clause 2 of Appendix No. 2 to the Procedure, approved by Order of the Ministry of Health of Russia dated December 21, 2012 No. 1346n);
4) the deadline for submission of documents. Legislation establishes a single deadline for all initial military educational institutions: from April 15 to June 1. The last day for accepting documents is May 30. If May 30 falls on a day off, then the last day for accepting documents is postponed to the first Monday of May 30. If the documents are sent by mail, then they will be accepted if there is a stamp of the issuing department with a date no later than May 30 (clause 16 of Order N 515).
In accordance with the conditions and procedure for admission to the cadet corps, the following categories of citizens, in particular, enjoy the preferential right (clause 14 of Order No. 515):
1) orphans left without parental care;
2) children of those killed in the service or died from a disease received in the service, military personnel or prosecutors, employees of internal affairs bodies;

Those who have passed the selection and are admitted to the exams are sent a notice before June 25 indicating the place and time of the entrance examinations (clause 20 of Procedure N 515).

Step 5. Take the introductory tests.
As a rule, admission to the school is carried out according to the results of entrance examinations in the Russian language, mathematics and foreign language.
To enter the military music school, you will need to pass four exams: Russian language, solo performance, written solfeggio and oral solfeggio. Candidates for the military music school with excellent marks in the documents on general and musical education are allowed to pass only a solo performance (clauses 15, 22 of Order N 515).
The exam date is one of the days between July 1 and 15. Moreover, all exams are held on the same day.
For military music schools, the period of examinations is from August 1 to August 14 (clause 21 of Order No. 515).

Step 6. Wait for the results of the entrance examinations and the child's enrollment in the cadet corps.
In addition to the results of the exams, the selection committee considers the conclusions on the psychological, psychophysiological and physical condition of the child, and also evaluates the information in the personal file about his achievements (clause 23 of Order N 515).
Based on the results of such a comprehensive examination, each candidate is given an assessment in points, which is entered into a single competitive list. Candidates belonging to preferential categories, with the same scores with competitors, are entered in the list first. On the basis of this list, the central admission committee forms lists of enrolled children. Enrollment is made by order of the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation (clauses 24, 25 of Order N 515).
Lists of enrolled candidates are posted on websites on the Internet and in the administrations of educational institutions. In addition, the notification of enrollment is sent to the parents of the candidate (clauses 25, 27 of Order N 515).

If you want your child to grow up to be a strong and well-rounded personality, with good upbringing and tempered character, without bad habits, take a closer look at the cadet schools. The purpose of cadet education is to educate a patriotic, disciplined person.

Education in cadet corps differs significantly from the usual general education. In addition to compulsory subjects, children study military history, the basics of military affairs, and undergo enhanced physical training. The school day here lasts longer, and the teachers do not do any favors to the children. Another significant difference is the strictest discipline. Pupils wear a special uniform, often walk in formation, salute their elders. During the holidays, the guys participate in competitions, cultural and excursion activities.

Varieties of cadet schools

Cadet corps can supervise the Ministry of Emergencies, the FSB and organizations subordinate to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. In such institutions, military discipline: permanent residence, layoffs strictly on weekends and holidays. The daily routine is carefully planned, the pupils practically do not have free time. It is difficult to enter here, and it is not easy to study! Therefore, most often here you can meet children who in the future plan to enter the internal affairs bodies or military service.

There are also cadet schools established by the Moscow Department of Education. Only children with a Moscow residence permit can enter them. Many of these schools also operate as boarding schools, but it is much easier to get fired here.

Terms of admission

Children who are fit for health reasons are admitted to the cadet corps (the list of contraindications is set out in Appendix 3 to Order No. 473 of 16.10.2002 of the Moscow Health Committee) and those wishing to study. For admission, you must submit an application to the Admissions Committee on time and attach a package of necessary documents (indicated on the website of the educational institution), undergo diagnostics at the MCCO in the following subjects: Russian language, mathematics, English, and a medical commission. In addition, candidates for admission are tested for the level of physical fitness and an interview with a psychologist. Based on the results of the events, the Admissions Committee, taking into account the state of health, motivation, the presence of additional achievements (awards received for participation in creative and sports events), the level of physical fitness and academic performance, makes a decision. At the same time, candidates who are sent to the target recruitment have the priority right to enrollment. Also, upon admission, orphans and children of military personnel enjoy benefits.

When enrolling in cadet school there are age restrictions. Kids are not taken here, with rare exceptions. It's too late to think about entering high school, since the training program is designed for a certain period, at least 3 years. The ideal time to enter is graduation from primary school.

Instructions

The revival of cadet schools began when children began to spend too much time on the street, left to their own devices. First of all, these were counted on children from socially unprotected and disadvantaged families. And today the cadet has reached the level of pre-revolutionary Russia and is now considered very elite. That is why many parents, even those who are quite wealthy and prosperous, want to send their child to study at.

To become a pupil of a cadet school, you need to provide a number of documents. It includes a certificate of the child's health, an extract from a personal file, a certificate (needed for those who enter) and a document confirming the status of the child. After you turn in these Required documents to the admissions office, entrance tests for the child. As a rule, these include various interviews and psychological tests. Based on the results of such conversations, students are selected for school.

Familiarize yourself with the charter of this school, take a look at the license that gives the right to conduct educational activities for the school, check if the educational institution has a certificate of state accreditation.

Specify the educational program in which the child will study and read the set of textbooks. You may have to purchase some textbooks yourself.

note

The school accepts children who, by September 1, have already turned 6 and 6 months or 7 years old. If the child is younger, you may be offered to go through a commission that will reveal the child's willingness to go to school.

They can refuse to admit a child to an educational institution only in the absence of free places. Therefore, if a child lives or is registered in a neighborhood that does not belong to this school, this is not a reason for refusing to accept a student.

Helpful advice

The school has no right to conduct any tests, interviews and any control of knowledge with future first-graders. Only after enrolling in school, most often in mid-September, a speech therapist and a psychologist can talk to the child in order to clarify his level of development and knowledge.

The desire of young people to connect their future with the army is gaining more and more popularity. As a rule, such a desire arises at an early age and is the reason for admission to special educational institutions that contribute to the realization of dreams. Further, study, in the institution of your choice, the list of documents required for admission. The lists indicate a specific list, which usually includes a certificate of health, an extract from the student's personal file, a certificate of social status (an orphan, raised in a large family, etc.).

Second, you must provide an autobiography, a personal statement addressed to the boss schools from a candidate for cadet, a notarized copy of a birth certificate (at the time of admission, the child must be less than 15 years old), an original report card with grades for the last three quarters of the school year, pedagogical characteristics, certified by the official seal of the school and signed by the class teacher and director, four photographs, size 3 * 4, without a headdress.

Find out if your child can benefit from admission benefits. Usually, such information is provided by a special commission that conducts testing and interviews with future cadets.

It must be remembered that in the cadet schools accept boys and who graduated primary school, accommodation in the institution round-the-clock, fully supported by the state. Usually, parents are allowed to pick up their children on weekends, but each institution has its own rules.

Graduates of cadet schools can enter the FSB Academy, Military, Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation on a general basis. They do not have any admission benefits, however, the knowledge gained allows them to get into the chosen educational institution without much difficulty.

note

In Moscow, the cadet movement began to develop in 1992. With the support of public organizations, military, cadet and naval circles began to be created, which over time began to be called "classes". The main functions of the leadership of the cadet educational institutions and the education of students is carried out by reserve officers, some of whom are graduates of the Suvorov and Nakhimov schools.

The cadet corps is one of the educational organizations created with the aim of preparing children for military or other public service (part 2 of article 86 of the Law of December 29, 2012 N 273-FZ).

To enroll a child in the cadet corps, we recommend adhering to the following algorithm.

Step 1. Select a cadet corps for admission

Cadet corps are of several types: cadet (naval cadet) military corps, cadet (naval cadet) corps and cossack cadet corps. The first of them is created only at the federal level, the other two - both at the federal and regional level... In this case, admission, for example, to the federal corps is carried out in accordance with the procedure established by the federal state bodies in charge of which it is, in agreement with the Ministry of Education and Science (parts 3, 4, article 86 of Law N 273-FZ; clause 1 of the Regulation, approved by Resolution Government of the Russian Federation dated 03.06.2013 N 466; clause 2 of the Procedure approved by Order of the FSB of Russia dated 03.02.2017 N 72; Instruction approved by Order of the FSB of Russia dated 20.05.2014 N 277).

When choosing a cadet corps, it is necessary to take into account the requirements for the age, level of education and state of health of the child. So, he can be admitted to admission if, according to the results of a medical examination, he is assigned to groups I or II of health status. We also recommend that you study the categories of persons who have the preferential right of admission to training. These include, in particular, orphans and children left without parental care (part 6 of article 86 of Law N 273-FZ; clause 13 of the Procedure approved by Order of the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation of 21.07.2014 N 515 ).

Step 2. Prepare documents for admission to the cadet corps

For admission of a child to the cadet corps, as a rule, the following documents are required (clause 16 of Order N 515):

1) application of parents (legal representatives) for admission to training;

2) personal statement of the child;

3) a notarized copy of the birth certificate (for children over 14 years old - also a certified copy of the 2nd, 3rd and 5th pages of the passport);

4) the autobiography of the child;

5) documents on progress for the past periods of study, certified by the seal of the general education organization (a copy of a personal file, an extract from the report card, pedagogical and psychological characteristics);

6) photographs of the appropriate format;

7) a copy of the mandatory policy health insurance and medical records;

8) medical report on the child's belonging to a certain group for physical education;

9) an extract from the house book from the place of residence (registration);

10) a certificate from the place of service (work) of the parents (legal representatives);

11) documents confirming the pre-emptive right to admit the candidate (in particular, certified copies of the death certificate of one or both parents).

Additionally, you can attach documents confirming the child's achievements, for example, copies of certificates, diplomas, certificates of a participant in various creative competitions, festivals, sports competitions and other documents characterizing his social, creative and sports achievements (clause 16 of Order N 515).

Step 3. Submit documents to the cadet corps and wait for their consideration

Depending on the departmental affiliation of the cadet corps, the terms and procedure for submitting documents for admission may differ. So, for educational institutions subordinate to the Russian Ministry of Defense, the deadline is from April 15 to June 1. Documents can be submitted to the cadet corps both in person and by mail (clause 16 of Order N 515).

By general rule the selection committee of the cadet corps considers applications with the attached documents, forms the nominal lists of candidates admitted to the entrance examinations, and in set time sends a notice to parents (legal representatives) indicating the date and place of the entrance examinations.

Parents (legal representatives) of candidates who are denied admission to the entrance examinations are also sent a notice signed by the chairman of the selection committee indicating the reasons for the refusal. In case of disagreement with the refusal, the parents (legal representatives) can appeal (clause 19, Order N 515).

Admission to the cadet corps is carried out according to the results of entrance examinations. Most often these are exams in the Russian language, mathematics and a foreign language. Also, the psychological readiness of the child for training in the cadet corps, the level of his physical fitness is determined, and social, creative and sports achievements are assessed (clause 15 of Order N 515).

The criteria for making a decision on enrollment or refusal to enroll in studies are established by the admission rules of a particular educational organization. For example, in the cadet corps subordinate to the Ministry of Defense of Russia, candidates are given a single point score, which is entered on the list of entrance examinations and in the competition list. Candidates who have the preferential right of admission, in case of equality of the scored points with others, are entered into the competition list in the first place (clause 24, Order No. 515).

Competitive lists of candidates are sent by July 25 to the central selection committee, which prepares a draft order of the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation on the enrollment of candidates and submits it for signature to the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation. This order is posted on the official website of the Russian Ministry of Defense. A notice of the candidate's enrollment is sent to his parents (legal representatives) indicating the date of arrival at the cadet corps (clause 27 of Order No. 515).
